Allow a merchant who is using an Integrated POS with Clover to merge the receipts from both, POS and Clover device, to provide customer with one receipt instead of the two of them.
Additionally, please consider adding EVR to merge both receipts for Integrations and Clover Devices.

item image size
I LOVE that we have the ability to attach images of items to clover inventory for online ordering now... however the minimum size requirement for the images is set to 1600 x 1200 pixels which seems way too large for a minimum requirement. I'm assuming this was a mistake and just wanted to point it out for adjustment.

Clover Dining Guest Split payments and tenders
Owner uses clover dining and tables and wants to split different ways on guests or per guest as a guest may pay with 2 different type of cards. Right now it is required to move orders to different table but if all tables are used there are not more split in different and types of tenders by each guests

Time stamp for printed orders on Clover device
Merchant request that the Clover devices should show a time stamp of when an order was printed out originally. Not just on the physical copy of the receipt.

Printing order receipt with over 100 line items when grouped
I know there is a system limitation for order receipts and the amount of items that can be printed. This merchant used the quantity shortcut and only has 15 line items on the order and each line item has the x32 etc option beside it. The merchant would like to have the order receipt print because even though there are 200 items on the order, they are grouped into 15 line items

Items need to fire to the printers they are assigned to.
Hazelnut did this, why can you not figure this out? Items need to secondarily fire to the printers that we have assigned to them. The main order should print to the printer we have assigned. When someone orders food it needs to print to our expo and our kitchen. If drinks are ordered, it needs to print to our bar. If someone orders retail, it needs to print to our host stand. Having only one printer print the order without sending the items to the printers we have assigned to them makes this online ordering system worthless.

Does clover have scheduled pick up for online orders? How to configure time for a scheduled pick up order to reach clover device?
As a 3rd party developer, I want to control the time and date when a scheduled order reaches as a notification to the clover device and manage printing the order receipt to the kitchen at a given time so that the scheduled order is served

Edit item on order after order completion
We would like to edit item description on an order after the order is complete. Once in a while employee makes an error. At least Admin should be able to fix errors.

Shutting OFF & Delaying Clover Online Ordering is no longer available from the Devices.
What happened? Shutting off Online Ordering from a Clover device went away with no notification. Now it has to be done from the dashboard.
Not all Business owners are onsite and most don't want their staff to have access to the dashboard. This ability needs to be returned to the setup app.
When important changes are made without notification to the Sales Team it impacts our credibility and is down right disrespectfull to the BC.2 votes -

Permissions - Deleting items
Ability for Servers to delete an item before its made. Basically need a separate permission before its made. Do not want to give them ability to delete after its made. Today they have to get manager approval to delete item before its made.

Being able to disable "Food Preparation Time" on certain items.
Thank you for adding, "Scheduled Orders". I was waiting for this. But there are some dishes that require 24 hour notice to make. While the customer is on the webpage placing an order, if they select an item that would need 24 hour notice, the customer NOW has the option to pick "Food Preparation Time" in my case is 30 Min. verses only "Scheduled Orders". order receipt with barcode
There are some merchants who would like to have barcode printed in order receipt as well without having to print bill receipt as it is longer than order receipt and it's convenient for the merchants. Is it possible to print barcode on order receipt as well?

An upgrade to the Order app requires using the filter button. Greatly slows down the servers. NOT a process improvement...just the opposite

Clover Flex changes the Server when someone else uses a Flex to take a payment for them
When a server has a table and another person (like a manager) brings a Flex to the customer for a payment, the table (and tip) will be reassigned to whoever logs into the Flex and runs the transaction at that table.
This is horrible for the server because only they can take a Flex payment for that table, regardless if they are busy or the customer wants to pay at the bar.
A workaround is to create a ghost account with a password that everyone knows, and then take the Flex to the table with that ghost account, run the…
