Reattempt to print online orders that didn't get sent to the printer
Sometimes due to whatever reason, a few customer's online order will not get sent to the printer and Clover will send an email notification. It would be best if the order is attempted to be resent to the printer to prevent any misunderstanding or inconvenience. Not all merchants have access to their email to check for missing orders so just an email notification is not the best solution.

Automatic Customer Payment Receipt control per device
Being able to auto print customer payment receipt per device basis rather than applying the setting across all devices on the same MID.
Ex, want auto customer payment receipt printed from clover stations while offering manual selection on the Flex device.

Historial de inventario

Remove "ASAP (in 20 mins)" order option from Online Order
From the Clover online order platform, when items added to cart and check out them, there are picking up time option which says 'For When?' and 2 scroll down options which are 'ASAP (in 20 mins)' and 'Schedule an order'.
I want to keep only 'Schedule and order' one. My business don't take same day order so I don't want customer select 'ASAP (in 20 mins)' option so I want to remove this option so people don't select it.
But when I talk a customer service staff, he said removing the 'ASAP' options is not possible and I just don't…

Multi-User profile
We have a 3rd party running our food & beverage. They need access to enter inventory and pull reports. I'd like to have an option that they have access to just food & beverage categories as opposed to seeing our full facility sales

Address
From the register icon, if you choose delivery the prompt for address and telephone number should automatically pop up. There is never a time that you will choose delivery and not need the address. For restaurants that have younger employees-if they forget to ask for address information it creates big problems to retrieve that information.

Menu update takes longer time like several hours
Our POS Clover is integrated with GrubHub & Doordash. Any menu updates we do gets instantly updated in Doordash but it takes several hours to update in GrubHub system. This creates confusion among Customers on seeing different menu in different online ordering services. Also in the case of removing an item during business hours, customer can still select that item and place an order from GrubHub, but the order end up getting canceled because in POS the item is removed but GrubHub it is still showing up. Items with Varients
When i create Items with variants and use export import to my other locations
they transfer as normal items not as they created as a variant item
also when u need to update name on a variant item u cannot
you need to delete it and create it all over again as the name section is dimmed

Alert message should be changed for employees who don't have access to inventory
An alert message should be changed for employees who don't have access to inventory while scanning items. Currently if an item is not in inventory and an employee scans it who doesn't have access to add items into inventory, Clover scanner beeps as if it was a normal item entered in inventory, briefly displays a discreet message which almost blends into the background of the Clover display, and allows the clerk to continue scanning other items. Clover register needs scanned items counting numbers. So cashier can see how many items were scanned total before checkout.

So every time I try to add some new item in my system from clover go app I need to type the upc code manually which so time consuming and annoying. If you guys add a barcode scanning option in clover go app for adding new items in inventory it will make our system more easy and convenient for all the users.

Ability To Make Items Non-Inventory
Items like services do not need to be counted as inventory, only the sales need to be tracked. It would be really handy to be able to mark items as Non-Inventory (all the same functions for price, cost, etc as usual) and still have them as a sellable item. Services are not inventory!

Tax Exemption Tag for Customer Accounts
Customer accounts should be able to be tagged as Tax Exempt so that we don't have to be reminded every time we ring a particular customer up - especially when we are selling to companies and schools with an exemption.

Do not allow duplicate items to be keyed into the hardware.
It would be good to not allow duplicate items to be keyed into the hardware.
I spend a lot of time editing existing clover inventory/menu export lists.
Clover allows merchants to key in duplicate items form the hardware but you cannot import this inventory list into another location because you will get an error.1 vote -
Ability to change Customer after order is placed
Managers and up should be allowed to change the customer after an order is placed without having to refund the order. Sometimes orders are processed under the wrong name, we shouldn't have to perform a refund and then process the order again to change the customer.

I have a QSR merchant that is counter-service with cashier's, we've been playing with a few ideas for theft prevention as one of the most common ways for employees to steal from the restaurant is manipulating the till.

When in the Item or Category view, add Sort functionality (in ascending and descending order) to all columns: Price, Cost, Categories, On POS, Tax, Available, Modifier Groups, Stock Counts, etc.
