Kitchen order ready for pickup
Enable indication/notification from the KDS when the items sent to the kitchen are complete and ready for pickup by the server. This can be an indicate on the order itself and the ability to configure if a server should be notified via text or if a notification can be sent to the device that sent the order to the Kitchen.

i wanted to share my experience so that hopefully you can help me find a solution to this issue i been facing with our account.
Its regarding our business ours and edit information but mainly about the hours.
we have relocated our business address recently and so we also have changed our operating hours , i have tried endless times to edit the hours from manager dashboard under edit business information and it just wouldnt save, i have called support many times and all they helped me with is tell me…2 votesThe plan is to release the ability to do this type of business hours past midnight by September. Give the option to ask for location's passcode when switching locations in Clover Go app
Merchant would like to have the option to prompt the employee for their passcode at a specific location when switching businesses on the clover go app. Currently, the location can be switched without a passcode entered but merchant wants this option to be able to be toggled so the location switching process is more secure.

Keep Order history saved on the device longer than 30 days
Any data older than 30 days is no longer stored on the Clover POS device, forcing users to access a computer for this information. This change impacts business operations by requiring additional equipment that was previously unnecessary, leading to a negative customer experience. I expect this issue to become more significant in the retail environment as we approach the holiday season when returns over 30 days are more common. Additionally, we can no longer search by a customer's last name, nor can we see if they received a discount or used reward points, which affects merchant profit margins.

If an item is used more like a category on an online menu, there should be no price or the option to add a range of prices
most of my menu items have 3 sizes/prices. To save room, I have the item listed, and clicking the item reveals the sizes and prices. This is fine. My issue, is that the item itself shows a price of $0.00. That's confusing and embarrassing. I suggest that if a price is set to $0.00, the price should not show at all. I have several items, so to save space and lots of customer scrolling to find their items they want, this system works best for our online menu. i don't want to have to triple the size of my online…

When entering stock quantities, the staff is able to add more than the amount stocked to check...why? Isn't that the entire reason for adding the stocked quantity?

Kiosk Items and pricing should not be grouped with Online
I purchased 5 different terminals from Clover including a Clover Kiosk station, flex, duo, and minis only to find out that the pricing for the kiosk items are the same as what's displayed online. We charge different prices for online orders using clover integration with uber, door dash as these third party companies charge a huge cut. I do not understand why a kiosk that is processing orders instore have to be categorized with online orders and not with the pos such as the flex. Im trying everyway to work around this issue by not assigning items to categories to…

please add a toggle button to turn off/on 2 receipts on POS terminal.
recently CRA audited us and they did not like your logged version of transaction since they were looking for the actual receipts. Please add a toggle button to turn on/off 2 receipts under printing setting. I was very disappointed to learn that Clover has removed this option to print 2 receipts at the same time and now its manually done.

End of day icon for balancing registers that is not tied to REPORTING.
As it stands, DAILY SALES figures are only accessible in REPORTING. Therefore, employees that balance registers have full access to company sales figures for the entire year and beyond. Access to yearly/monthly/weekly sales figures & sales reports should be limited to owners/senior management. Clover needs an END OF DAY icon. It should have a filter for ALL REGISTERS, REGISTER #1, REGISTER #2, etc without having the ability to see weekly, monthly, yearly figures. This needs to be addressed ASAP. Enable bulk upload of images on inventory items, instead of one image at a time. Could be very time consuming for Merchants that way.

processors receipts
There is a new update that autoprints when a transaction is declined. In the past in our busy environment we would leave the client with the processor to pay while helping other customers (high volume bar) and we could see that the transaction went thru from across the bar and acknowledge payment. It now prints even when the transaction is declined. Has caused us much grief and lost payments. It should be an option to turn this off especially because it was not a feature before.

Invoice management on the POS
There needs to be a way for the us to access invoices via the POS and mark paid when the customer comes in to pick up the order. Which would allow us to mark the orders paid without deleting the order and having to input everything again at the register. We also need to be able to itemize the invoice for our customer. I know that you can from Square and QuickBooks.

a real time running timer from the Floor Plan
Needs real running timer showing from the table layout for an efficient operation. There are many AYCE restaurants with time limits, currently Clover Dinning app only indicates tables in red at certain preset time and servers need to click each table to check the actual running time or they need to login to web dashboard to check entire tables timer at once. Fulfillment
Allow orders fulfillment time to last longer than 1 hour. Half of my tabs disappear, when I switch to fulfillment time from order placement time. And a lot of time is wasted keeping receipts in order.
Would be much easier if receipts printed in order from fulfillment time, instead of order place time
