Online Ordering Frequency would allow you to edit/limit the frequency by which customers can place online orders through your Online Ordering platform. Essentially you as the merchant are able to set the number of orders that can be placed within a specific timeframe, like in 10 Mins, 30 mins, an hour, etc

Custom view and pricing for identical Modifiers on order receipt
When I select an item such as a latte I am then presented options such as milk type, syrups, temperature etc.
The issue I have now if I select multiple of the same modifier such as vanilla syrup it prints out on the order ticket like this and can lead to very long order receipts:

Order Receipts in Spanish
Customer wants their order receipts in their Clover Kiosk to show "PAY AT REGISTER" and "PLEASE TAKE THIS TICKET TO REGISTER AND COMPLETE PAYMENT" in Spanish since the merchant is located in Puerto Rico where the initial language is Spanish. It is creating problems for him since not all consumers know English and are disgusted with him because of the long wait. We need the merchant to be able to count on a system that does not create issues.

Clover Flex Enable Quantity Bar
Change item quantities during orders -Currently, for all devices except Clover Flex, we can use the QTY Quantity bar at the top of the screen. Please enable this feature on Clover Flex as well. Businesses want to use Flex to take orders at the table and entering the same item multiple times is inconvenient -not functional during a dinner rush.

Can customers select the options more than once?UBER EATS OFFERS THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE THE RULES OVER THE CHOICE OF AN EXTRA ITEM, BUT CLOVER DOES NOT.
THIS MEANS THAT MY CLIENTS CANNOT SELECT MORE THAN 1 TIME AN EXTRA. IT ONLY WORKS IF I ENTER EVERYDAY AT EATS MERCHANT AND ACTIVATE THE OPTION OF "How many times can customers select any single option?"

Fix Clover Mini Gen3 Printing Sound to be smoother and not choppy.
I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.
The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…

Turn Guest Screen
Guest screen should have equipment to be able to pivot / spin so that the customers aren't able to view what the counter is ringing in (for example, when another guest's tab is open).

self-service Tab closure for bars
Specifically targeting bars; late-night, a larger proportion of the bar staff-s time is dominated by having to close tabs, and in a crowded bar, a large amount of space at the bar is also dominated by customers waiting to close their tabs.
Idea: QR code link to portal (Bar can post QR codes around establishment, by open-space areas, by exits, even in parking lots), customer can enter in last 4 digits of the CC they opened the tab on, and can then close out their tab via self-service, adding tip and signing, instead of having to interact with bar staff.…

I have customers that orders months ahead because during Chinese New Years I have an insane promotion that because my restaurant is packed with online orders, people always order ahead. In other systems I can set it to allow orders to be ordered months ahead, I wish Clover has this same functionality

Put the modifiers back so that I can scroll through them.
New update, Clover Modifiers are now all seperate. Have to click each modifier group.
Use to be able to scroll. Now each Transaction takes and extra 30 seconds. Great to know that clover wants me to lose transactions, and money!

Kiosk
Allow the Clover Kiosk to send order receipts to a connected kitchen printer, even when the cash tender type is selected on the Kiosk.
Part of the value of the Kiosk is streamling ordering. If an order won't even fire until the order is engaged with on another Clover device, than a part of the utility of the Kiosk is lost.

Custom Gratuity option
We want to be able to put a custom gratuity amount or custom percentage which will appear under tips and gratuity and not under service charge. This amount will print on the customer receipt under sales tax it will gratuity and dollar amount.

Kiosk - Cash orders need OPTION to fire at time of order being placed!
Merchants need the OPTION (in settings) to fire orders to the kitchen from the Clover Kiosk EITHER at the time of the order being placed at the kiosk OR when the customer walks up to the counter. Currently, only the latter is possible, and only works for a portion of merchants, with certain workflows. Please amend/update the Kiosk settings, ASAP so that merchants can both make their own decisions and we can sell more Clover. Thank you.

Add ability to QUICKLY add the first name (or a number) to the order
Pizza slice shop with a line out the door needs this feature ASAP. Front counter staff needs to be able to add a name to the order for the cooks to warm up slices at the front counter and whole pizza cooks to make them in the kitchen. That name needs to be printed on order receipts in Bold. We don't need to waste time trying to lookup customers, don't need to collect their phone number nor email nor save them in the database. We have hundreds of customers. We just to add their first name and have it visible…
