Partial Refunds on Clover.com
Clover.com only allows for full refunds. Manual refunds are not an option, only to view past manual refunds. In addition, refund should be available to select either by line item or by refund amount.

Definitely a needed feature. Allow selection of a past order/transaction and provide option to issue a partial refund, as stated in the original idea, by line item or arbitrary amount.
Also, allow a refund the same way as we can take payments over the phone via the Virtual Terminal. Currently only allows positive amounts. No refunds. -

The Clover Flex and Dashboard need to fully support partial refunds. This should be super easy / self explanatory via the Dashboard (website), but also very necessary on the Flex. For the Flex specifically, this should be possible via the "Transactions" app / section. You should literally be able to click on any transaction (doesn't / shouldn't have to be the most recent), and issue a partial refund. The ability to issue only a full refund, really doesn't make sense. Also, for the refund / app....why does the card have to present or manually entered? Many other merchant services / software make this process much easier / user friendly. Please advise, if there is any consideration for this. Thank you.

Merchant would like to be able to issue a partial refund to a payment in clover go even if they dont use the inventory mode.
