All Clover users! Vote on this one..Ability to add an upcharge either by % or flat charge total on a Category. Example the establishment wants to add an upcharge to its regular prices without the customer seeing the charge for a certain period of time for example a band from 7PM to 11PM. Most other systems can do this.

Merchants would like to be able to enter subcategories into departments, for example: radio's and TV's category inside of the electronics department.

Need separate Register permissions to delete item before and after item is fired.
Currently the register permission "delete an item from an order" restricts the employee from deleting an item both before it is fired and after it is fired. We need the ability to allow an item to be deleted before it is fired and restrict the item from being deleted after it is fired.

I need to search in inventory on the machine or virtually on my laptop for all items without a category.
you need to let us see items without categories when we look at inventory on BOTH virtual site and machine how else can we correct things?????

A report to view inventory that hasn't sold in 6 months to a year.
I want to be able to run a report that shows me all the inventory that has not had sales for 6 months or longer to recognize aged inventory that needs to be discounted and clearanced to sell.
It tracks all the sales data, I just need it to show me what didn't sell within selected date ranges.

the ability to export the items in a single category and not all items A-Z
i need to export my inventory by category , like all of my clothes are together, shoes together, jewelry together and so on ....my inventory is in sections throughout my store and being able to export by category would keep me from running all over the store A-Z ....currently the category will not export , the 3 dots at the top right will only enable you to delete !! NOT GOOD

Allow Option for Stock Count To Decrease When Item is Fired instead of When item is paid
Restaurants need stock counts to have an option to decrease inventory when item is fired, not when item is paid. There should be a check box under the stock quantity section that will allow stock counts to automatically decrease when items are fired.

Include Product cost as a choice in inventory filter
Can't believe that product cost is not an option in the filter for inventory - The purpose of an inventory system is to see your inventory levels(count) and the COST . Yet there are other options that are nowhere near as critical - How this was left off is confusing .

Report for Inventory items
Would like to be able to ran a report with all our inventory items that we sell so we know how many we sold and when we are running low on them to be able to reorder before we ran out. Also would like to do a report to see what the cost is in every part we sell. When we initial put in all the inventory we took it out of an old system and didn't put the cost in everything we it was put into clover and no in order to know what parts we didn't put in…

Inventory / Search filter missing
At this time we only have the ability to search for;
All Categories (pre programed)
and any category we manually createThere is no way to search for "Unclassified" items that have not been placed into a category.

Reassign orders to employee after payment
Merchant would like admins/managers to be able to re assign a employee from a payed order.
some times a order might get paid a closed out before the employee can noticed that the order is assign to the wrong person since the order is paid admin or managers are not able to make any updates.5 votes -
Print items based on Categories Order. Pizzas first, Wings second, Apps third etc
need to have all pizzas ordered close together and apps all in the same area....

allow inventory to be linked to modifiers
we sell parts over the counter or in conjunction with other parts. you guys use food as most examples. so i will try that. if a customer comes in and buys a pizza, the modifier could be pepperoni. but that pepperoni doesn't come out of my inventory, nor do i know the "cost" of the pepperoni or how many i have. but i also sell pepperoni over the counter for the same price which IS in my inventory with "cost" associated with it. i use modifiers as so my counter help knows what goes along with what. but it screws…
