Two-Factor Authentication should be a system wide configuration setting
Two-Factor Authentication should be an optional system wide configuration setting for all users associated with a merchant account. This will enable the Owner admin to enforce a secure login policy for all users.
Two-Factor Authentication is currently an optional configuration for each user profile. Therefore, a secure login policy via Two-Factor Authentication cannot be enforced as it requires that the individual user enable it for their profile. It also cannot be verified, as only the individual user has access to their profile.

Add Dispute Tab Permission for other users.
The new Dispute tab is great! we no longer need to go on business track directly to supply the evidence, instead we can do it straight on clover.
However please add it under permission so that we can give access to our dispute team to respond the the chargeback. Currently we had to give our full admin login to them in order to have access to that tab, you can imagine the issue having to give the full login to them without any restrictions to other reports and info on the dash.

Give other besides the owner access to multi-location dashboard to edit reward plans
Right now, the owner only has access to the multi-location dashboard and wants to give access to the multi-location dashboard to management without giving their conditionals to their employees. My suggestion is to make it so that others can access the multi-location dashboard and not just the owner.

Allow employee to pause online orders but not disable it
Employees keep disabling online orders and NEVER turning it back on. Please implement a feature where employees can ONLY pause online orders for a set duration.

Manager access to employee app
Manager access to employees app on the employee permissions tab. Very frustrating since I have to be there to add employees to the system

Till Functionality
The merchant would like to be able to setup tills and track them to be able to determine if the employee is over or under at the end of his/her shift. The employees should not be able to view how much cash their suppose to have, this information should only be accessible to the owner/admin/ upper management

Please revert setting so that employees are able to open the cash drawer manually without providing permission to access the cash log.
Currently, employees must have permission access to both the cash log and the register > open cash drawer. Previously, we were able to setup permissions so that employees can open the cash drawer without providing permission access to the cash log.

refunds
When a manager refunds an item or sale, say for instance a cash sale, the manager then shows a negative cash amount on the manager number, but the server still shows the cash amount. If the manager does multiple refunds for different servers, it become hard to figure out in the instances where the servers hold their own banks.
Turning on refunds in the permissions for servers in not a good option.1 vote -

please add an option to include the ability for another email address (different than the owner's email address) for Multi location , this will be useful for Sales agent that assist multiple MID

Open tab/order transfer option in Register or Orders app.
As a bar with no table service, I use the Register app, and there needs to be an option to transfer open tabs between employees at shift change.

Management Permissions employees
Management needs to have access to add/edit employees from their specific location. As a franchisor I need this feature so my franchisees don’t have access to each other’s store info/reporting. Please let me know if this feature can be added to my account.

Change server after closed sale
Ability to change server after sale. For instances a ticket was rang under wrong person for tips. It gets complicated to keep track of this when you have hundreds of tips to multiple people

Manager permission
Please add manager permission for managers to be able to add a NEW employee into the system. This seems basic for a restaurant program. Managers are the ones that do new employee onboarding not the owner or admin

Allow Individual Cash Logs By Employee
I'd like to see the ability to have each employee have their own cash log. Each employee would start the day with a set amount and any cash transactions performed while logged in as that employee add/subtract to their total. At the end of the day, Clover would give a final total of tips to be paid out from that employee's individual cash total.

Billing & Statements assign permissions by employee role
Currently, the billing & statements options are only viewable by owner & admin roles. We have created roles for our finance team that gives them access to reporting only & nothing else, but there is no option to give them access to statements without making them an admin.

Let us have 2 cell phone numbers on file
My daughter and I share the bookkeeping job. When she is here, she has trouble signing in at times as it sends the security code to my phone. If I am not near my phone she is out of luck. Can we have two cell phones to receive from so she can pick hers. Thank you

Restrict who can remove taxes from an order
I think it would be useful to have the option to "Remove Taxes From Order" permission assigned to groups of users instead of all users.

Enhancement Request - No Work Around
Ability to change the server for an order done in the register app, and to get the time that each server assisted the order that was change, to be able to split the tip properly without the need to erase the open form a server and re-open it in the new server.
