Using Email or Text For Two Factor Authentication
If two factor authentication is going to be required please provide the option to use text or an email. There are places that don't have cell service but do have internet. If something happens to my cell phone then I am not able to access my account! We use email to verify our account when working with customer service so please allow this alternative if two factor authentication is going to be required!!

Merchant requesting to remove the today's total screen from the employee's screen
merchant employee's are able to see the day's total sale amount after logging out of the admin account
merchant is stating that the device didn't previously show the total sale amount on the employee screen/ merchant has the permissions removed from the employee's permission but they are still able to see the closeout on the screen it comes and it goes after logging out of the admins account

Hello clover, we are very angry that you are forcing us to use the 2 factor authentication. There are two of us that use the clover dashboard and we both have a computer that we use. There isn't cell service up here where our business is so cell phones cannot be used. Ability to Identify History on Changes; who and when
As a business owner, I have had issues with people accessing other employee codes and making changes that should not have been made regarding our inventory or even deleting orders. It is important to be able to identify changes being made and provide the history and analytics for those things that include information such as; was the change made online or on the clover register, what employee made it, time stamp, and identify the changes made and what it was prior. Two-Factor Authentication should be a system wide configuration setting
Two-Factor Authentication should be an optional system wide configuration setting for all users associated with a merchant account. This will enable the Owner admin to enforce a secure login policy for all users.
Two-Factor Authentication is currently an optional configuration for each user profile. Therefore, a secure login policy via Two-Factor Authentication cannot be enforced as it requires that the individual user enable it for their profile. It also cannot be verified, as only the individual user has access to their profile.

Two-Factor Authentication is NOT user friendly at all!
It should be our choice if we want to use it and should be able to turn it off or on ourselves. Not user friendly - staff should not need to use their personal phones to get access codes, especially as we ask our staff to keep their phones in their lockers. Getting a landline call to get a code is time consuming and NOT user friendly because if you miss that window of getting the code in, you need to start all over again. Permissions to be added to the roles
It would be nice if you can have the permissions attached to each role. Also, when you remove access for a role at the header level...it should remove it for all the underline items but it doesn't. You have to expand the view for each apps permission and check each line item off even though the header doesn't have the role listed.

Now that you REQUIRE 2 step authentication, you need to allow more than one phone number for accountants to access
I can't have my accountants contacting me for code to access every time they need to access my clover. Please fix this, it's a huge issue for customers who have more than one person accessing our accounts on-line!

Give other besides the owner access to multi-location dashboard to edit reward plans
Right now, the owner only has access to the multi-location dashboard and wants to give access to the multi-location dashboard to management without giving their conditionals to their employees. My suggestion is to make it so that others can access the multi-location dashboard and not just the owner.

Management Permissions employees
Management needs to have access to add/edit employees from their specific location. As a franchisor I need this feature so my franchisees don’t have access to each other’s store info/reporting. Please let me know if this feature can be added to my account.

Till Functionality
The merchant would like to be able to setup tills and track them to be able to determine if the employee is over or under at the end of his/her shift. The employees should not be able to view how much cash their suppose to have, this information should only be accessible to the owner/admin/ upper management

refunds
When a manager refunds an item or sale, say for instance a cash sale, the manager then shows a negative cash amount on the manager number, but the server still shows the cash amount. If the manager does multiple refunds for different servers, it become hard to figure out in the instances where the servers hold their own banks.

Please revert setting so that employees are able to open the cash drawer manually without providing permission to access the cash log.
Currently, employees must have permission access to both the cash log and the register > open cash drawer. Previously, we were able to setup permissions so that employees can open the cash drawer without providing permission access to the cash log.

Change server after closed sale
Ability to change server after sale. For instances a ticket was rang under wrong person for tips. It gets complicated to keep track of this when you have hundreds of tips to multiple people

Open tab/order transfer option in Register or Orders app.
As a bar with no table service, I use the Register app, and there needs to be an option to transfer open tabs between employees at shift change.
