When exporting transaction report, should include cardholders name

Customer Transaction Reporting
Merchant wants a report that populates with customer names and how much they were charged. Ideally, the merchant would be able to filter the dates he wants to view this information for.

Closeout Report to include checks
The new closeout report has a cash deposit section, which is very nice, but it doesn't include checks from the day that would also be handled with the cash deposit. It would be helpful if anything that physically has to be taken in the bank deposit was included in that section.

Pull Reports based on Customer's Line Items
Merchant would like to be able to pull reports based off items. By pulling this report merchant would like to know who bought this item daily, weekly, and monthly. This helps the merchant send out promotions to specific groups.

Expanded Item/Category Reporting Filters
The clover dashboard items section will allow you to filter by category and a specific item in the category. For example, a merchant wants to see how many fish tacos were sold for the month. He selects display by category and selects fish tacos. The display screen shows the how many fish tacos were sold for that time frame and the revenue collected. However , he selects export summary line items, the spreadsheet pulls all items in all categories. We tried selecting the other option, Export Individual line times from this page. Same error. The spreadsheet is pulling all items…

Associate Custom Items to Selected Category
For reporting purposes, associate custom items-- which are entered after a Category has been selected in the register--to the respective Category as a “custom item”.
Today, all custom items report under "Items Without a Category" even if a Category was selected prior to the entry of the custom item.

Virtual terminal reporting
Merchant wants to be able to see an report option for Virtual Terminal in the Reporting app and/ or a filter in order to see all Virtual Terminal transactions in the same page.

A closeout report so we can close the register at the end of the night.
A condensed closeout report (like the batch report but include cash refunds tips, gift cards) so my employees can close the register at the end of the night with out having to add numbers outside of the software. Or use the tender stats section in the long report and add CASH, refunds, tips so it gives the total number or sales for the day.

Customers App: Exporting Customer Transaction history
Export function that includes all transaction details (service/product sold/provided) and total paid of each customer.
Current export function only lists customer information.
As of right now, merchants can go into the dashboard and go into each individual Customer and see transaction history--but exporting it does not include transaction history.

Revert Old Reporting to new Locations
New reporting rolled out to all merchants. New locations after September is unable to revert back to old reporting. This issue poses a big issue for merchants with multiple locations. If old locations can go back to old reporting and newest locations is unable to be reverted backwards. These merchants are not new merchants and should not be forced into using newest reporting since it has 2 different styles and causes a major issue for back office reporting to do two different styles of reporting.

Saved Order Deleted Items Reporting
Currently the deleted items includes anything that was deleted...if a customer changes mind on an item (say from fries to onion rings) and the fry is changed to onion rings and then the ticket is saved. The fry $ is added to the report when it was never in there as a saved, open ticket. At the end of the day, deleted items is a "construed" amount!
Even if a customer wants to know how much an item is, once it is looked up and customer doesn't want it.....it will go in to deleted items report when in fact, the…8 votes -
