Merchant wants a reason why an item was removed or deleted on the Removed Items Report

An inventory report that when exported includes on one sheet 1. Category 2. Label 3. Item 4. Price 5. Quantity in stock
What is the purpose of an INVENTORY application, if it cannot generate a report that includes all of these on one sheet? The fact that this is not already possible, begs the question "why have categories at all?" What is their use if not for inventory reports? I would very much appreciate a reply as I am seeking not only improvements in your products, but also the logic behind such seemingly odd omissions from the software capabilities.

Balancing Cash Drawer
The merchant would like an automated feature implemented that would calculate the cash by shifts. cash added, cash removed, sales ect. at this time the merchant is balancing the drawer by manually entering notes via the cash log application

Make employee device reports available on the dashboard
Reports that currently only run on the device should be able to be run from the dashboard. Example: employee report for certain device gives breakdown of all transactions per employee for that specific device...we have to go to each device to run that report... but we should be able to run that from within the dashboard.

Device name on employee reports printed from device
Please print the device name on reports printed from a certain device. The employee report shows each employee but if you have 12 registers you don’t know which report can from which device.

most restaurant managers and owners are asking for more robust reporting in the reporting applicaiton
Please enhance the reporting application to offer much more detail reporting, such as a breakdown of splitting service charges so they know exactly what to pay out their employees without having to calculate it themselves.
Also many merchants really like all of the reporting capabilities other point of sales systems have that clover does not have.Reporting is crucial for businesses and for dine in restaurants they are used to having certain reports that Clover does not have.

Close Out Report must Match FISERV 5 minute delay
Close out report auto print should match fiserv merchant service data. Now when it prints out we have to calculate 5 minutes before of sales and that’s the total amount of sales sent to merchant service.

Create an option for either custom or multiple filters to be used in reporting.
In order to report the information we need (sales separated by sales tax rate and tender), we have to pull two separate reports and manually combine them. We would much prefer having the option to customize reports based on the information we need. Reports need much more customization in the data that can be reported and filtered and how reports are built. Being able to combine and report information from payments, inventory, and orders would go a long way towards streamlining the Clover report process.

reporting not showing information
the reporting app is not showing the full information after the update. service charges and online orders are missing they say.

Have the ability to change between report types you want the auto-printed/e-mails after batch is closed.

Reporting
To make amount collected and deposit amount reconcilable. Deposited amount may include fees, service charges, chargebacks and reversals. This causes confusion for the merchant and they think funds are missing since all totals are not in same place.

Allow reporting request to take a few minutes , not hours! I need to have sales reports on a quarterly basis.
Why does clover take so much time to provide me a sales report? I have to use a third party application to do that. That is unacceptable.

Add a way to track phone orders in Reports
Phone orders are nontaxable in our city. Need a way to track these orders separately from other orders so that quarterly taxes are easier to do.

Give us a way to see the same sales overiew, sales summary on the register as on the website.
I cannoted find the expected deposit on the website anywhere, but I print it on the sales summary report from the terminal every night.

track number total number of customer visits
it would be great if Clover could total the number of visits a customer makes to the business. I know it shows past orders. But it'd be nice if you could total the number of visits and the dollar spend

Reporting for Items broken down by tender types
I need to be able to see all my items are being paid for by tender type.i sell insurance, taxes and auto registration. It would be nice to know how much was sold for taxes in cash/check/card and so on for each service i provide
