Reporting app: Filter Payment Types
We would be very pleased if the Reporting app can let you filter payments by tender (example: Cash only) instead of needing to login to the Dashboard to see that info.

Cash Vs. Card needed on Employee Reporting for Managers
Clover Dining, need ability at end of night on Employee Reporting for managers to see not just totals, but Cash Vs. Card Totals so Managers know how much $$ to collect from their servers. This is only available in steps on the Dashboard and there needs to be a quick way to accomplish this on the device.

Need additional Inventory fields on the ITEMs section header beginning with Item Name
INVENTORY More options to view item features using Items - included in tab with Item Name The necessary fields are COGS (even the ability to calculate average COGS when a retailer is adding new inventory at new prices),Revenue Class, not just Printer Label fields.
Why not allow an image to be posted in suggestions for better explanation?

Ability to turn off auto close of order ticket on register
The new update that has been implemented where a customer's order ticket on the register automatically closes does not work for my business. We want the ticket to stay open until we hit the 'done' button as it was before. Please add the ability for us to choose to turn this feature OFF.

Better Batch Options
Allow merchant to
1. Close their batch through the dashboard.
2. Provide them information on their expected funding time based on when they batch and their time zone.
3. Let the merchant use this information to set their OWN auto-batch time, or to switch their batching to manual.3 votes -
Print Day before Last, or Sunday, option in Reporting Date drop down
Simply an additional option for the drop down in Reporting, in addition to "Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom" It would be nice to have either a "Day before last" option, or a "Saturday" button, so that we can stop running the custom range each Monday after the Sunday which is always off at our location.
TLDR: Add to the Reporting drop down an option for "Day before Last"

Detailed batch report printable
Please create a printable detailed batch report that shows the batch total and a list of all transactions (sales and refunds). Maybe you can add that to the "Closeout" screen so I can click on the batch "details" link and print the report. Thank you,

Multi-Location
Bring back the export option for the new Multi-Location Dashboard per a merchant who has 30 locations. This report is used daily to show sales for each store location. The function was previously there on 10/16/22 and now it is not there.

Vendor Field
A field for Vendor in the Item Information so when looking to order new item, I know who I bought it from.

0 Quantity Report
A report that shows 0 quantity, including Product Code and Vendor. This would save me so much trouble. I could know what I need to order with Product Code, whom I need to order it form all in one place.

Adding items to category integrating with Ecwid
When adding additional items into a category it creates a new file when it is integrated with Ecwid. Therefore you need to go into that new folder, click on the the category product and manage it (assign it to the existing folder so that everything shows up on one page in the online store.) It causes double work. It would be nice if would just dump the new info into the existing one in the Ecwid platform.

Alphabetizing Categories
When adding additional categories they do not merge alphabetically they go all the way to the bottom below the last category added. The only way to do this right now is to drag and drop it into location either on the unit itself or on your desk top on the admin. side. Unfortunately it is not the most user friendly thing to do. It takes forever. It would be nice to have a command to let you either reshuffle new categories in with existing in alpha order or have you click on the new ones to integrate in alpabetical order.

Name on tabs
Currently we can add a note on a transaction/tab but the only person who can see it is the pos user. I'd like to be able to add customers names to tickets that are sent to the kitchen so that when not attached to a table the runner doesn't need to constantly ask foh where to deliver food

items in our inventory app that has not scanned at the register over a selected period of time (6 months, 12 months, 18 months, etc...). Then from that report be able to either archive or delete that data from the inventory app. This will not only allow the app to run better, but reduce the amount of dead inventory sitting out there that is costing you money to store.

Service Charge Disclosure correction.
The Service Charge disclosure is rigid and non inclusive of various situations. This disclosure should be able to be changed by the client. For example, a service charge is not necessarily a gratuity in that it is a service charge and should not be confused with a different term. If it's called a Service Charge, then it should be just that. This confuses the merchant and client. My client operates an entertainment restaurant that charges a service charge since they have live bands playing. They also charge a service charge to help other staffing expenses such as guaranteed wage minimum…

Wholesale price and assets of inventory.
In the INVENTORY APP, we are able to track the number of available items in stock for any specific item (we can scan them into inventory using the barcode). I
If you were to add a COST OF GOODS column to that item, we would then be able to know the assets of those items which we are holding in inventory.
Being able to total up all our inventory and know the assets sitting in our stockroom is vital to any business!
Also, having a COST OF GOODS price column, compared to the RETAIL price column, would allow the system…
