Clover Flex - Add option to view/print ITEMS sales by This Device
My organization is currently using 2 Clover Flex and will be purchaing 24 more devices. I have created 27 categories for the menus at our 10 service locations. Currently the ITEMS sold by CATEGORY report lists all items sold in each category on every device in use. I have multiple devices selling from the same category. We would like to be able to print ITEMS sold by CATEGORY by THIS DEVICE, directly from the Clover Flex. This will save time and paper and not require me to grant employee access to the Clover Dashboard online.

Sales Report: Can you add a breakdown for the following with totals only.

Transactions excel download - Include column for phone number and column for email of customer . I
I export Transaction Excel Report and having the phone number and email included in Transaction report would be easier than opening detail, looking at receipt and copy/paste into the excel report. Especially since working with over 500 orders.

Sales Report by specific time / day
We have 4 companies using Clover. 12 devices. As a manager I need to quickly review the sales. Example Lunch hour - 12-3 pm on Monday. The dashboard pulls up the sales but I can’t scroll using the next day button anymore. Now it reverts to Monday at 3-6 pm.
Apparently this is an update but it took away our ability to easily scroll through the days - AT THE SAME TIME FRAME. We need this function back or at least an option to continue to next day or next 3 hr time frame.1 vote -
Allowing the system with Minis to provide a printed receipt for off premises customers to leave tip
I have 2 systems that have the mini screen. When I take orders on the phone for deliveries and payments on the phone. The systems ask for the customer to choose their tip amount on the mini screen. However the customer isn't in the store. The option pops up for us to skip that part. Then the order and payment is closed out and my servers and delivery drivers can't collect a tip on the receipt. I dont want to have to keep going into setup and keep moving the toggle from tip on printed receipt or on screen. So…

Server Reports Should have option to print revenue class sales by employee
Sometimes servers need to tip out bartenders based on bar sales. On the Server's report it should give an option to have the server's sales by revenue class show up so they can tip the bar appropriately.

Cost as a percent of price on variable items
We are partially consignment and would love to have a percent of retail price as cost of item when using variable price. This would show our true cost of the consigned item on sales reports.

time of sales
I would like a report that shows how much money was taken in and how many items were sold by hour. Should I open at 11 or 12? How much did I sell that hour in the past. Should I close at 6pm on Sundays or stay open till 9? Do I need to bring in another employee for a certain time period?

Reporting App (Taxes)
The client owns a convenience store and would like his Fuel Tax totals separated from the overall total for Taxes as it would make it easier to compare inside/outside sales.

Reporting (Filters)
When viewing reports from the device with filters set to categories / all categories the client would like to see the category name and the totals only, not a breakdown of the items within that category. It would also help save more receipt paper

Batch Report to Include Transactions
Merchants have discrepancies between what the Closeout App cites as the batch total versus what they receive in their Deposit. To reconcile, we need to pull a batch report that clearly cites what transactions were funded in each batch. Clientline used to provide this report, but recent changes on that portal make this an even more urgent need on the Clover platform

Data File
The feature to download monthly transactional data was available to us until November last year (2022), but with some of the updates that happened, we are no longer able to pull the full month report. I believe there is a 30 second time lapse, that after that, no further lines are included in the report. Can you please revert back to the process of how it was before? It is very important to be able to pull full reports for all Taxi companies, we are a group of 12 Taxi companies with over 5,000 cabs and we need this reporting…

open and close buttons added to cash drawer manually open
In the manually open cash drawer option you should have a button that says start work day and enter whatever amount that may be. Also a close work day button as well. And there should also be a shift change button, something to that sort. Make it easier for the merchant than having to type in everything. Or there could even be an auto calculate button that will always keep the drawer stay in amount like $250

Orders
In the online interface, you should be able to sort what kind of order you want to see, for example. I only want to see open orders, I should be able to see only those. There would be no "time - range" requirement, because I just want to view the open orders without having to scroll through all orders to find them.

Option for employees to see their cash report for their shift without the system giving them the full total for all employees
The clover devices does not have away for the merchants to see cash totals for each employee. The cash total is showing for all employees. The clover device need a way to show tender types for each employees and not just for the full day.
I confirmed that on the dashboard we have away to see the tender types by employees but the merchant need away to see that same information on the device per employee.4 votes -
Add link to deposit reports to show breakdown of each transaction and the date of the transaction
I find it somewhat difficult to reconcile my accounts as the Deposit reports only have the total for each card used. It would be helpful to have a link from the total of each card showing the breakdown of each transaction and the date of that transaction. The total of each card may contain a couple of days transactions and this makes it more difficult to reconcile with Quickbooks Online.

BentoBox integration
BentoBox Catering imports the entire order as a non-taxable sale with no breakdown of gross sales (and their tax category - food vs. sales tax), taxes collected, tips collected, and service fees collected. This screws up all reports for the whole month.

Total gift card liability balance at a customizable date.
We need to be able to reconcile gift card liability at year-end without downloading the whole database exactly at cob on 12/31.

Ability to enter Order app adjustments in Clover dashboard after-the-fact so sales tax report is correct.
Returns, cancellations, and order adjustments at DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats are not tracked correctly in Clover. Fix this!
