items are showing in one category report and not in all categories. if merchant uses the item for multiple categories merchant wants to show the items and all categories

Server Report
In my 25 years of restaurants, I've never experienced a system that doesn't provide servers a detailed report of exactly how many cash sales, cc sales and cc tips were made that night. Along with a final owed to the house.

Reporting-Revenue Item Sales
Reporting Revenue Item Sales has no ability to print reports from the clover online dashboard. Additionally, an apparent recent update to the website took away the ability to print the entire report via the right click function in Microsoft.

Please allow the weekly hourly report total for employees total time worked to be printed from the station upon demand..
The Clover Station does not have the ability for an admin to print the total hours worked for an employee from the station. Most customers want the capability to print the hourly total for a given period of time worked for the week for payroll. The only way currently is to long on to the CLover dashboard while on a computer.

Missing the report which showed each item and Revenue class. No time to go item-by-item!
What happened to the ability to run an inventory items report which allowed me to verify at a glance what revenue class was assigned to the item? Prior to July 2021, we had the ability to do that! My gross sales numbers don't match gross sales by revenue class. I don't have time to go item by item to hunt down the problems!

Fix Tax
Once a transaction has posted the tax should not be changed./ We removed the cities we had left and entered the new ones come to find when doing the sales tax report, it moved transactions to closest tax rate
Once a transaction posted and batched it should save it in the reports
I now have to manually go back and match every date and city!!

Clover Go app sales tax on manual transactions and reporting
The Clover Go app inability to automatically add sales tax to manual transactions needs to be changed now. For a business that can't input repetitious items and has to manually input each sale the sales tax should be automatically calculated and added to the transaction. This is also a nightmare for a business that needs the reporting to complete sales tax returns with their respective state. Extremely disappointed with this lack of features that should be default. Printable version of item sales report
Printable version of item sales report. Printing the item sales report requires a lot of tweaking to the printer settings to get it printed in a readable format. Printable reports is lacking in clover generally and even when placing a gift card order the invoice will no print in any sensible way despite there being a bring button.

Subtract Cost of Labor from Net Sales in Sale Overview - REPORTING
Subtract the labor cost from homebase from the net sales in Sales Overview and subtract the COGS from the food items in net sales in Sales Overview.

I am asked reguarly by 3rd party softwares that integrate and sync with clover as to the 'creation date' of a product. Can you add this? As an example, some of my products are not properly syncing with ECWID and they wanted to find when the product was created and in order to do that they need to know from your end. There is not currently an option in reports or inventory for that but it would be helpful.

Needs Labor % "on the Fly" report and on screen
Most other POS Systems allow a display and a print of up to the minute Man /hour usage and up to the minute Labor Cost Vs Sales to give a Labor Cost %. This is critical short coming that needs to be resolved if I am to consider another Clover.

Summary Sales Items Reporting by Labels
Under Reporting / Item Sales there is no summary for the labels.
When we want to print it prints a whole roll of paper. I really waste papers! We are very embarrass when the clients bring this up. We can't have simple minded employee access to computer for Dashbaord access to print a summary like you have on the Dashboard of food vs beverage vs liquor items viewed by labels.The printing of the Item Sales reports looks like this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hKMnQREDA8BvqWe28

Reporting week start on Monday
Like many companies in the US, my week starts on Monday. Why is there no way to change This Week and Last Week in Reporting to reflect a Monday start day? Seems like an obvious option to include and it would make comparison reports much more useful without having to specify custom date ranges. While I'm at it, if one does specify, say, a five day date range, Mon-Fri, the only comparison available is the previous 5 days (Wed-Sun), a totally pointless comparison. Why not Mon-Fri of the previous week?

sales overview report by employee on device
SALES OVERVIEW report BY EMPLOYEE ON DEVICE.
Merchant has 2 shifts in bar. Would like to have a sales overview report that staff can access from Device to turn in with their paperwork and money at the end of each shift. The report should give a TOTAL that is due. Cash less tips. This is a BASIC restaurant function and one that we can not believe we can not get!!!! option to start week on Monday for comparisons
It's nice to be able to compare this week to last week on reports, but my work week starts on Monday. Can we have an option to make Monday the week start instead of Sunday?
