1. price schedule

   Clover needs to have the ability to set up Inventory Price Scheduling.
   Many Hospitality/Retail locations will charge different item prices depending on time of day.

   Inventory should have a base Price and then Price level 1, level 2, level 3. etc.
   "Events" or Schedules can be set to use a specific Price level changing all item pricing to that level during that time period.

   Many merchants do not like having Happy Hour displayed as discounts as that adds to confusion on the ordering and customer receipt side, they want the item price changed for that event/time period only. Many Hospitality locations want to increase pricing during specific events, something Happy Hour or any current 3rd Party App cannot do effectively.

   When first creating an item, base price will be inputted on all price levels automatically, then merchant can adjust individual price levels on individual items as needed.

2. INVOICES! Needs revamped to work with boutiques and retailers!!!

   Invoicing is lacking and not professional for the customer. It’s absolutely not user friendly or fair to boutiques or retailers selling multiple items and charging shipping unless I am missing something. PLEASE look at ******* invoicing for reference. My biggest questions are….Why does Clover only allow one total for invoicing? Why does Clover not have a SHIPPING option?⬇️

   1. You can only put a total on the invoice. If I am selling multiple items to a customer. For instance, a shirt, jeans and a piece of jewelry. You need to have a option to add each individual item to the invoice and not just a total. The customer needs to know what they are paying for just like a receipt shows!? I guess I could add each individual item to the notes but how unprofessional and that takes too much time. Just allow Clover users to add each item versus just a total. Yours is actually the only one like this. All other platforms allow you to add each individual item to the invoice so the customer knows what they are paying for. Yours is set up for food maybe or would be ideal if the customer was only selling one item.

   2. Your invoicing system was obviously created for restaurants. You only have a option for TIPS? I am a retail boutique and not food. Anything I send, I have to charge shipping. Tips and shipping are not taxed so I have to put the shipping in the TAX option and then explain to the customer it’s not a tip, it’s shipping. It looks extremely unprofessional. Why don’t you add a shipping tab for retailers just like a tip option or let the customer choose tip or shipping from a drop down? Or again, if you made where we could add each individual item as ******* does, then I could add it there and just choose no tax on shipping.

   Basically, your invoicing is super generic and very unprofessional for retailers that sell multiple items and have to charge shipping. If this was updated, everything else is super easy. Again, look at ******* because their invoicing is amazing and very professional looking!

   Please fix your invoicing system so boutiques and retailers can use it too.

3. chargeback due to 3D secure not used

   Hi,
   We are seeing chargebacks from Clover online ordering and the reason has been 3D secure was not used. How do we prevent this from happening ? This happened more than once and we use clover online ordering platform and this is where the chargebacks are coming from. Both the times reason was "Visa 3D secure" was not used and we keep losing the disputes. If this continues we'll have to close our doors.
   Anyone from clover can help ? This is urgent.

4. Gift Receipt

   A Small business owner stated that when a gift card is LOST and the owner of the gift card is given a paper receipt ... it would be helpful if the paper receipt had the complete number on it. Understandably, the store owner does not want to loose out on sale if the gift card had already been used.

5. Allow itemized invoicing for each line item and line for shipping charges

   Link to store inventory entered in Clover and allow for custom items line by line with option to add sales tax to each.
   Also include an option to add shipping line
