An error occurred while saving the comment tom commentedBring Back the email that can be sent when an online order is placed.
Also need something to remind merchants that a future order is due on the future day. it shows in orders when the order is placed. But merchants need some sort of reminder when it is duetom supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment tom commentedlately if a batch was set to close at 10:00 P.M. the batch was closing at 9:35.
I've had this happen to 2 merchants in the past month. You call support and they can't explain it. you can call 10 times and get 10 different answers.
They also claim they can't set the minutes only the hour. Again, i called 3 diffferent times and got 2 different answers. When i asked how come it was closing the batch before the set time they said it wasn't even though the merchant called saying it and it was confirmed with my Card Connect contact person. Not making sense. Please fix this or let the merchant set the batch close time.tom supported this idea · -
