    Client feels that it is unlikely receipt paper in kitchen would be 'erased' due to heat in kitchen for that short period of time. Thank you.

  3. There needs to be a Black version of the Clovers - especially the Station for restaurants where a white POS does not fit their ambiance

  4. Set a different ringer (and a strident one) when a transaction is declined: to alert the employee who is processing the transaction and avoid for that transaction to pass unnoticed. it has happened in my salon: the screens sequence did not make it clear that a transaction was refused, and no beep came on to make it conspicuous.We got defrauded without being alerted!

  11. Hardware Suggestion*

    The cord that comes with he Mini is sometimes too short for clients. A variety of cord sizes to purchase would be really helpful if at all possible!

  14. Users (and resellers) have not been notified of the new toggle switch under the Key/Scan menu. It defaults to YES every time you open the app. This is causing Visa and MC initiated chargebacks that merchants cannot dispute (handkeying a chip card that is "present"). There should be Yes or No bubbles instead of any default. So, our users all have to be called and MOTO clients will need to switch the toggle to NO for every transaction. Lots of angry merchants who are losing money!!

  15. When the kitchen printer goes offline there needs to be a notification that stays on the screen that requires acknowledgment from the server before closing the screen out. Also, when this happens the system should automatically print the kitchen chit on the receipt printer so the server can bring this back to the kitchen staff and let them know there is a printer failure of some sort. Currently, the system only flashes across the screen, puts a tiny little icon on the top of the screen that no one is going to see, and I have to manually redirect the…

  17. Please enable spanish for Clover Station 2018. It's available on the Mini and Flex, and rather easily so. Meanwhile, on our flagship device, the most popular/second most popular language on the planet is not.

  19. Have the ability to disable/enable the USB ports in the Clover to avoid unauthorized devices being connected. If the USB port is disabled, any device plugged in that port will not communicate or sync with the Clover.
