  3. On the new clover kiosk, it should be an option to show the items on Kiosk instead of having to select the items to show online and to show on POS, the clover kiosk is at the business, and we would like to show our menu to our customers that are at the business.

  4. Order receipt DOTTED LINE format option doesn’t work with Star 700 kitchen printer.
    When using the Large Font along with the dotted lines, the dotted lines wrap to two lines instead of only one.

  5. Customers that already setup for recurring payments sometimes have an update on their credit card with a new expiration date only. There seems to be no way to apply the update without replacing the card. This requires to call the customer and acquire all of the card information. This is more time consuming that necessary for the customer and myself. This feature was available for Payeezy Gateway. Please consider making this available on Clover Virtual Terminal.

  6. The chime that plays when an order is fired to the KDS is not loud enough. We turned up all the volume settings in the settings app, and with a noisy kitchen, it is very hard to hear. In some spots of the kitchen, I can't hear it at all. There also should be a way to change the type of chime that plays. Some chimes are easier to hear. I noticed in the settings app, you can change the chime type for notifications, but you cant for orders that fire to the KDS. Very disappointing. Hope its an easy…

  8. I have the external scanner hooked up to my clover mini. I need the ability to shut off the onboard scanner. It is an awkard customer experience to have the little scanner window pop up when there is an external scanner.

  9. Full disclosure regarding my "clover rewards not working" complaint write up:
    My previous write up was extremely critical and I want to now speak of a much better customer service experience.
    Today, tech customer service rep, Rodney, helped me to see that my rewards program is working as intended by reviewing my dashboard. My issue was not the rewards program.

  10. The new interface on our flex 2 is nice and clean. But, with the new interface clients often push "done" and we have to go back through the menus to print our receipt.
    The "done" button is too inviting. Would like "done" to not be highlighted and instead say "return to clerk" or something similar with highlighting. The done or print buttons should stay available.
    Receipts are easy to retrieve but still additional work.

  11. Would be good to have Inventory Migration via Multi Dashboard.
    Sometimes exporting & importing the inventory file can take hours of work if there are duplicate items which cannot be imported. I have spend 10-15 hours on large inventory files exported from clover to try to get them to import into clover.
    Seems like you should be able to migrate the inventory file if the 2 accounts are connected. Or have a tierII backend process for this.

  12. I got problem with customer complain that when we select pay. the customer see only the amount of the items price + tips, but they don't see the taxes include. For example: the item about is $9 + taxes $1. So total on my cashier screen is $10 but on the customer screen is only $9 with tips option. It's show total include taxes anywhere on the screen alt all. Is there anyway you can add it to the screen that would be better.

  13. Clover Kitchen Display System (KDS) - Groups similar items together. However, for customers who are using CLOVER DINING SOFTWARE which costs more, the printer separates items by guest, irregardless of wether the items are identical. ALL WE ASK, is that the KDS be a reflection of the regular paper printer, where the orders are separated by guests. CUSTOMERS who order the KDS will more than likely, be the same customer that uses CLOVER DINING. Why would they not design the KDS to separate by CUSTOMER, when that's how Clover Dining Customers are used to operating. PLEASE HELP.

  15. Situation: Owner has multiple EINs and needs a POS for transactions. For example, a POS is needed for an LLC and a non-profit by the same owner.

    Problem: With Clover devices, it is not possible to switch from one EIN to another on a device. Owner much purchase new devices for each EIN. Needless to say, this can become very costly or cost prohibitive if several devices are needed.

    Proposed Solution: Allow for multiple logins on devices and secure the devices by only accepting registered EINs

  16. I have many employees who save tabs without payment and this causes many issues. I would like there to be an option for us to only be able to save orders if there's a card on file for payment.

  18. Please explain to clover support that just because they don't see a power supply listed as equipment, if the power supply fails on new equipment let them send out a new power supply or starter kit.

    just had a solo and it's power supply fail. They sent a new solo but not power supply. Their response was they don't see power supply listed as equipment they can swap out. This is like who's on first..

Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.

  20. Please allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB, because the built-in receipt printer no longer prints legible receipts despite cleaning efforts of the thermal print head. We need this option ASAP since we are receiving customer complaints. Buying a new Clover Mini is not an option - the device works great otherwise! Receipt layout does not require any changes since the Epson printer has adjustable guides to fit our current paper rolls. Thank you.
