Orders only to be savable with pre authorized card on file.
I have many employees who save tabs without payment and this causes many issues. I would like there to be an option for us to only be able to save orders if there's a card on file for payment.

have a clear ordering process for failed power supplies
Please explain to clover support that just because they don't see a power supply listed as equipment, if the power supply fails on new equipment let them send out a new power supply or starter kit.
just had a solo and it's power supply fail. They sent a new solo but not power supply. Their response was they don't see power supply listed as equipment they can swap out. This is like who's on first..

two cash drawers, so high volume bars/restaurants can assign a drawer to a bartender.
Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.

Allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB
Please allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB, because the built-in receipt printer no longer prints legible receipts despite cleaning efforts of the thermal print head. We need this option ASAP since we are receiving customer complaints. Buying a new Clover Mini is not an option - the device works great otherwise! Receipt layout does not require any changes since the Epson printer has adjustable guides to fit our current paper rolls. Thank you.

Shorter Receipts
Customer payment receipts on the Flex 3 are way too long. Would like to see the option to have them shorter so we are not using so much paper

Disable tender type by device
Customers have figured out that they can back out of a card transaction and select cash so are stealing product when they hand back the device and server believes the order is paid. Therefore, we'd like to be able to disable tender types (specifically cash) from the device.

Default Keys for Search Bar on Register App
There should be an option to select default keypad view on the search bar of the Register App. The default now is to show the large keyboard when search bar is selected. There should be an option to show only number keyboard so items can be searched with numbers only (e.g. PLU, or UPC).

Additional Weight Scale Support
Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
Here are some examples:
1. Zebra MP7000 scanner scale
2. CAS LP-1000N
3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode ScannerI am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

merchant would .like the option to remotely access devices from the web dashboard. has been able to do this with another system.,
merchant would like to be able to remote into the devices to troubleshoot and update settings from where ever he is.

in Clover dining, the time on the ticket for drinks is when the order was placed, but when we come to take the food order, the time will be the same as the drink order time. are we able to have the the time the ticket was created for drink and then for food?

Restore owner ability to disable unnecessary apps
As owners of the account, we do not want our employees to have access to certain unnecessary apps, such as the calculator, camera, clock, gallery and sound recorder. We have over 70 merchants, with many of them using the Clover Flex devices. With the previous v3 Flex devices, we has the ability to disable these apps. Two weeks ago, in fact, we were could disable the apps from a new device we distributed to a merchant. However, yesterday, we were not able to do so. I called Clover customer service and they were also not able to disable the apps.…

Clover Go device transaction info
Before the Clover Go update we could see transactions by device (if using Clover go with iphone, ipad) and they were under devices - now it says "no payments" under those devices even though we have used the Clover Go. Can we get that feature back?

I need to print on a lexmark printer,
I process transactions on a desktop computer and after processing have to go to transactions, search for transactions and print receipt. Would like reciept to be printed automatically on my Lexmark MX511de printer the way FirstData allowed.

Facial recognition login with Admin role
Need better way to secure higher level access roles at the device. Four and six digit pin have been easily discovered. For those roles can we make the primary to facial recognition and the PIN only if facial has issues via 2FA to email for that role?

Duplicate payment screen needs to be removed!!
We've had Clover machines for several years and during an update in the last couple of months, this DUPLICATE PAYMENT: AUTHENTIFICATION REQUIRED screen appeared. Customers and staff both get confused, it slows processing times and sometimes we lose money as someone hits the wrong part of the screen to wake up the terminal which hits the button to decline the transaction (hard to tell where it is when the screen is blank!) by which time, the customer is gone.
I called Clover to have this removed and they advised that it was not…

Clover GO to stay logged in over the course of a year
Merchant is forced to refresh their Clover Go credentials about once ever 30 days and they would like that time frame extended to 1 year.

Import export product Images and Description as we have to open new location
Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .

inventory build (labor rates/ services)
this would apply to all service companies, like plumbers, electricians and many more. It would be nice to have a service section that is not taxed and you could do a labor rate (hourly) or other time frame and when a user adds it to the invoice you could do it in increments i.e. 1.25 hrs , 2.1 hrs. This is something that I can do on quickbooks. I do like how your app works and I hope to see this in the near future. it would make my invoicing cleaner and less confusing for my customers. Thanks in advance…
