  1. Clover GO v. 4.2 doesn't move/change orientation with that of the merchant's device. Would be nice to have an option to lock/choose Portrait/Landscape orientation or an "Auto" orientation which would then change with the position/orientation of the merchant's device.

  2. We need the ability to alarm kitchen staff when a new order ticket is printed. The kitchen staff cannot constantly stare at the order ticket printer. So many POS/Printers offer the ability or at least a plug-n-play peripheral to make sound, however Clover chose not to build the feature to send signal to printer to make sound. This feature should have been there from the start considering how helpful it is to ensure orders are started timely. Please Please Please make this happen for the thermal order ticket printer.

  3. It would be extremely helpful if the cash drawer would open for a debit sale. It will open on a credit card sale, but not debit and that is very frustrating.

    You can not add "DEBIT" as a new tender and have the cash drawer open either because that tender will not bring up the screen to pay via a debit card.

    Please please add this simple and easy option or make it universal that any "CHARGE" option payment opens the cash drawer instead of only having a credit card option able to open the cash drawer.

  4. Merchants want to tap cards on all devices…. It is easier, faster and reduces wear and tear on their chip card reader. Merchants don’t want to buy a duo just so they can accept contactless transactions. We would also like to see a simple inexpensive Bluetooth ( or connected) card reader with contactless option that would pair with solo, duo or other devices in case the main card reader breaks

  6. I would like a button that can be pressed from the register page that will simply pop open the cash drawer instead of having to go to the three dots, select open cash drawer, and input a reason. Too many buttons for when you're in a rush and I don't want to leave the key in the drawer.

  8. Clover Dining OCCUPIED Tables need to be a DARKER Color.
    They currently change to a light grey, which you cannot see on the Mini, so you don't know what tables are taken & have open tabs.

  9. Alarm for COO orders needs to be louder and more persistent coming from the Clover device as employees are not hearing the order coming thru

  10. It would be great to be able to customise the keyboard settings to enable the user to include a separate number row at the top of the keyboard rather than having to hard press the top row of the keyboard to access numbers. This would be similar to other android devices.

  12. Merchants need a way to create an invoice directly from a clover terminal , as well as the ability to create itemized invoices from all terminals, including the virtual terminal.

  13. We have recently got Clover Duo systems installed at our restaurants, and existing kitchen printers, Epson TMU 220, are not working, so we are asked to purchase STAR printers. Can you enable Enable Epson TMU 220 printers by adding drivers for these printers into the Clover software, please?
    Our Existing Epson TMU 220 printers were working with Aldelo Express POS system and printers were connected through a LAN cable so I am wondering they it is not possible for Clover to add support for Epson TMU 220 printers into their software.

  14. It would be great if you can add prices on Kitchen receipt and the full total and tax because the bill receipt is in small letters and you can't change the size like how you can change the front size for the kitchen receipt but can't with the bill receipt.

  15. Provide a running TOTAL sales for open orders on ORDERS app. Owner has to manually add up sales on open orders in order to see accurate sales reporting by hour, not just paid/closed out orders.

  16. On the SP700 printer, using the medium font setting for order receipts is unacceptable as it uses an excessive amount of paper.

    The medium font will show a line of stars '*****' between each item (which no other font setting does) causing the margins between items to be excessively big which ultimately takes up more paper than even the large font.

    Our restaurant ends up needing to use the largest font setting for visual clarity although the medium font size should be sufficient.

    If spacing is fixed on the medium font, and items on an order receipt are aligned right…

  17. Can you make a report that shows expecting deposit for each employee. I can see the tip amount and the cash sells if I click on details, but I would like it to show on the Employees Reporting page all the employees and what their expected deposit is for a given date range. This is available on the Report app on the device

  19. It would be nice if the Clover Flex would be able to connect to ethernet. On the device, it shows it as an option but there is no port for an ethernet cable.

  20. The merchant would like the out of paper/print failure notification to be made more noticeable and intrusive as the current notification is too subtle and they do not notice it right away.
