Adding setting to turn off screen for customer facing screen receipt printer or have it customizable
Allowing the merchant to turn off the customer facing small screen on the P550 receipt printer or allowing them to display their logo at all times even when items are being added or not to show transaction items being listed. Merchants have requested this ability to customize this screen more.

Have a report that shows what Clover Dining Section an order was rung into to help establish what sections gets more attention.
Is it something that can be looked into being done? As of right now, it all looks like it's in-house sales, which is working, but we have some special events, different on-site locations, and to-go that can order off our regular menu, and we are looking to see what those sales do in conjunction with what the main restaurant is doing. Some times card reader stop working, rather than replace full system, you should be able to add a clover go device

Hi development team,
I love my clover POS since last year and cannot wait to change over my 2 other locations to Clover as well. However, the system lacking the feature of automatically prompt printing to kitchen once an already fired item being deleted or removed. This is first to notify kitchen not to make anymore. Secondly my FOH and BOH are far distance and this is to avoid employee theft as if the order was paid by cash, employee can delete it and no one would know. Clover Flex Asking for Verification of Duplication on Brand New Transaction
Not asking for verification on a duplicate transaction that happened days/weeks previously.
We are finding with the new update our flex is now asking at random times to verify that this duplicate transaction is okay. The thing is, it’s the first time a customer is paying today. It’s confusing for staff and customers who assume they will be charged twice.
I understand the need for verification of the transactions are on the same day/similar timing. But if I have people that only come once a month, I don’t need to be selecting one of these options.

Wireless pinpad
The clover flex and mini can act as a pinpad for other POS systems. The clover station needs to have the ability to work with the Cloud Pay Display. This way we can use the flex as a pinpad

Please bring back NO TIP
Clover before had the NoTip on the tipping screen. Now it show skip. Due to this customers are selecting skip more often and before. It seems like customers did not like selecting no tip and would tip. Now they just press skip and don’t leave a tip. Clover support told me to add this comment here to request an update for this issue. Unfortunately smart tipping does not work for us cause of elderly customer base and they do not do well with technology.

Flex SIM Options
I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

Report that shows full details of a transaction (SKU, qty, price) and auth code
A report that shows all details from a transaction (name, date, time, employee, SKUs, qty, tax, total, auth code, etc.) so that you can see what each transaction looked like and pull data from it for external systems.

Bulk inventory
This probably applies to the web interface more than the devices, but I don't see any way to bulk switch my inventory items from Manual Availability to Automatic. Unfortunately the previous owner of the business set everything to manual and left it, and I'd prefer not to go through each of 500 entries and switch them,

Flex
My device charged a customer a duplicate charge while on offline mode, I had to go in and manually refund because the system did it on its own. Only swiped the card one time and entered a signature once. The transactions are 1 second apart for duplicate charges so it must have been the system.

Saving Orders on Clover Go App
Allow the option to save an open order on the Clover Go App. This way you can open the saved order in the Station to checkout customer.

Device Specific - Restrictions and Users
Would like the ability (within the same Merch acct), to assign specific users / to specific devices. Hence those users could / would only be able to log into and use those certain devices. And potentially have device specific settings / configurations would be nice as well. Custom settings, backgrounds, adjust / edit specific sounds and correlating volumes for those sounds, and so on....

Tipping option on an email invoice from the dashboard.
I want to be able to send a customer an email invoice from the dashboard and have them see that they can tip if they want to. I do mostly remote work and get paid via credit card when the work is complete. Square has this ability to add it to the invoice. It'd help remote customers make some more money. Thank you.
