Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  2. Having to wait to invoice a customer until I'm at a desktop is not only inconvenient but completely redundant to why I purchased the Clover Go in the first place. This is not mobility and is not simple. Fully regretting leaving square. .03% is not enough of a savings to make this inconvenience "worth it".

  3. I just bought clover system and it missing a very very basic option. We sell some items by weight in Lbs. But the weight in POS is only 1 decimal and we can not manual punch in less than 1, 2, 3 lbs. Like some time the way of an item is not round figure like 1.2 or 2.4 lb. So we are stuck with that.

    Clover will be adding a sound to our Kitchen Display System as we are seeing this request often.  We do not have the ability to alter the Kitchen printers mad by other manufacturers.  If you are interested in a Kitchen Display System (KDS). Please reach out to your Clover representative or reseller.

  6. A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

  7. A couple years ago Clover offered a merchant keypad to connect to the Mini to have it stay customer facing and allow employees to type the $ amount on the little keypad. Merchants loved that set up. For some reason you got rid of it. Merchants dont like having to turn the device around or buy a whole other mini. That would be great to bring that back or make a PIN pad that can always stay customer facing like the FD35 or RP10.

  8. Can you allow the Solo to use the display printer available with the Clover 2018 station so it shows items and takes contactless payments. Or allow the Solo to use the FD40 pinpad.

  9. Hi Clover team - this is Mark with Fiserv. The Clover Go G1 and G2 mobile apps should have a section to enter in address information. Especially when merchants are keying in transactions in the app, address verification is very important to avoid risks of disputes and chargebacks. Is this a feature that is coming?

  12. I travel around and sell which is why I chose the Clover "GO".

    In the Clover Go app, I would like to be able to select from my preset tax rates at checkout, as I have multiple sales tax rates I need to apply depending on the tax region I am in.

    Current G2 app appears like it can, but the rates cannot be interacted with. G1 app does not show any other tax rates other than what is applied to the item.

  13. Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

  14. Merchant wants the Telecheck tender type to prompt for the customer signature on the customer-facing Mini. It currently prompts for the signature on the Merchant-facing device, with "Automatically take payment on connected device" selected.

  15. restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

  16. Can we make Thermal Kitchen Printers? The tickets would be easier to read and less expensive as ink wouldn't need to be purchased.
