Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. Users (and resellers) have not been notified of the new toggle switch under the Key/Scan menu. It defaults to YES every time you open the app. This is causing Visa and MC initiated chargebacks that merchants cannot dispute (handkeying a chip card that is "present"). There should be Yes or No bubbles instead of any default. So, our users all have to be called and MOTO clients will need to switch the toggle to NO for every transaction. Lots of angry merchants who are losing money!!

  4. When the kitchen printer goes offline there needs to be a notification that stays on the screen that requires acknowledgment from the server before closing the screen out. Also, when this happens the system should automatically print the kitchen chit on the receipt printer so the server can bring this back to the kitchen staff and let them know there is a printer failure of some sort. Currently, the system only flashes across the screen, puts a tiny little icon on the top of the screen that no one is going to see, and I have to manually redirect the…

  6. Please enable spanish for Clover Station 2018. It's available on the Mini and Flex, and rather easily so. Meanwhile, on our flagship device, the most popular/second most popular language on the planet is not.

  8. Have the ability to disable/enable the USB ports in the Clover to avoid unauthorized devices being connected. If the USB port is disabled, any device plugged in that port will not communicate or sync with the Clover.

  10. We are having multiple Clover Mini's chip readers damaged by the new thicker "rewards" cards. We need to do something to correct this. Clients are having to pay for this known issue when their equipment is past warranty.

  12. This was one of the main selling points for station 2018 and it still is not able to be used. Two drawers opening at once does me no good. Have not even seen a status update to under review on any prior requests.

  13. I have asked this before and told there was nothing in the works.
    But I'm asked by potential and existing Customers about this all the time. I doubt I could be the only one? I've always thought ( and heard for clients) that a black or graphite option would be fantastic.
    This week I was making some cold-calls and saw that Square now does have this option out in the market. It's a nice new graphite/dark gray looking color. They must have had request and felt there was also a need if they did it. Maybe this can be looked…

  14. Allow an order to be printed to another station printer on the account. Orders flagged with certain labels should be able to be printed to another station instead of having to put in an additional SP700. From a "Server Station" I want anything named "Drinks" to print to a "Bar Station" and anything labeled "Food" to print to the SP700 in the kitchen. This is a VERY common setup for bars and restaurants and having an extra printer behind the bar is a cumbersome and crowded setup.

  15. need the cash drawer to open for signature debit sales. Busy QSRs don't have time to thread the needle of the slot in the front of the cash drawer. If it can open for credit card sales it should open for signature debit sales

  16. I have the Clover Flex. We use this as our register. We also have staff using the App paired with the Go to make transactions. Post sale on the Go it asks to print, text or email a receipt. When I click print I receive an error message. I would like for the App to work with and print remotely to the Flex Station. When we have the Flex reprint these transactions they ARE NOT itemized, for reasons necessary to my business, this is a huge security problem. Please adjust the app to sync with the Flex printer.     The print function works with Airprint and google print enabled printers. It isn’t currently designed to work with the Clover printers.

  18. Another option to change the format of the display of the screen and apps for those who are visually impaired.

    ie. Make the screen all black and white. and have only the apps names listed big on the screen, instead of the icon--or make the entire display black and white.

  19. Clover Go should have access to ring up variable-priced items from the inventory. Currently it will show in the dashboard but it will not reflect in the Clover Go when you are ringing up an item by inventory.
