Welcome to the feedback forum for Clover Devices and Hardware. Please share your ideas for how we can update our hardware to improve merchant and customer experiences at the point of sale. We are listening and we use this feedback to prioritize our roadmap.

  3. Getting several requests for a extension cord for the Clover 2018 Front Facing printer.... Merchants with limited counter space are forced to make modification at additional expense to use the Clover Station 2018 near or at the counter. I received 2 requests this month due to the Covid-19 situation

  4. Merchant would like the ability to change the order type default at the device/station level. Merchant uses dedicated devices for dine in and take out/delivery service and it saves them time if the default on that device is set for the type of order that is typically received on that station.

  5. Go back to the previous app version. The app update is terrible. All useful functionality was removed. I’m no longer able to see individual transactions or the summary of daily sales for the past week. I don’t want to run my business from my phone, but I do need to be able to track it.

    Thank you for sharing your feedback. Look for an update shortly to replace some of the functionality you’ve mentioned. Once you apply the update, please let us know what you think. We have great plans for the development of the Clover Dashboard app, and will release updates regularly. In the meantime, you can access all the previous functionality by logging in to your account at clover.com/dashboard/login.

  6. Can you make the Clover Flex print to the Clover station Printer (in case they run out of paper for the Flex)

  7. Merchant has a clover station classic and the enable/disable manual card entry is not an option for classic station only clover pro. Merchant would like the option on classic station.

  8. Kitchen Printer only has Large and small as the font size option. Customers are requesting medium size as an option also they’re requesting the modifier color be change from red as it may not be legible on some printers.

  9. The merchant would like the functionality of duel order receipts printing automatically. To achieve automatic printing of the order receipt the option currently selected is "print when hitting save" as the merchant does not want customers to pay immediately. adding a 2nd receipt printer as an order printer, forces the merchant to choose a destination for the order receipt which takes away the luxury of automatic printing of order receipts. Is there a functionality that could be added that will allow the receipt printer to seamlessly double as an order, as well as mimic the settings chosen via the order…

    Client feels that it is unlikely receipt paper in kitchen would be 'erased' due to heat in kitchen for that short period of time. Thank you.

  12. There needs to be a Black version of the Clovers - especially the Station for restaurants where a white POS does not fit their ambiance

  13. Set a different ringer (and a strident one) when a transaction is declined: to alert the employee who is processing the transaction and avoid for that transaction to pass unnoticed. it has happened in my salon: the screens sequence did not make it clear that a transaction was refused, and no beep came on to make it conspicuous.We got defrauded without being alerted!

  20. Hardware Suggestion*

    The cord that comes with he Mini is sometimes too short for clients. A variety of cord sizes to purchase would be really helpful if at all possible!
