Cash drawer needs to open when needed without having to enter an amount and reason. We make change about every five to ten minutes.
You used to be able to set it up to do this. I guess new version does not have this feature. Need to add this feature as We sometimes open to cash drawer to make change ever five to ten minutes.

Clover Go Tap to Pay
Allow Tap to Pay option in Clover Go to be enabled by the employees and not just the account owner. Clover account owners may not always use an iPhone and to restrict enabling this option to just the owner can restrict employees from using the Tap to Pay feature.
1 voteThis is a limitation by Apple that the account has to be set up through the user phone and credentials. If this changes we will look to incorporate on Clover Go.

KDS-sleep mode
KDS Merchant request-can we turn off the sleep mode. If the KDS goes to sleep they may miss an order popping up.

Fix Clover Mini Gen3 Printing Sound to be smoother and not choppy.
I have a Clover mini Gen2. I upgraded to a Gen3. Now the new Gen3 printer receipt sounds really choppy and seems a little bit slower. I have both machines side by side doing a test print. I even share the sound to the Tech Support Assistant who is online speaker phone to hear both of them do a test print.
The new Clover Mini Gen3 printing is not smooth like the old mini GEN2. The sound is choppy and louder and does NOT print smoothly when it comes out of the thermal printer. Is it really supposed to sound…

Kitchen Printer Documentation for Sales Reps
As a sales rep I am trying to set up my merchant with a compatible kitchen printer. The issue is that on the Clover pricing sheet, it does not list hardware specifics, like part number or complete model number. This makes it difficult to match it with any printers on hardwareadvantage.fiserv.com/products. Furthmore, when I call Clover support they list 3 compatible printers which does not match the Clover pricing sheet sent to ISO's. I don't know what to order.

Unfortunately Clover does not provide this documentation to the ISO channels. Clover Support is only allowed to provide information on the devices we provide to them. If you have specific examples of printers you are able to sell that don't match Clover Support we can review and update their procedure.

Turn Guest Screen
Guest screen should have equipment to be able to pivot / spin so that the customers aren't able to view what the counter is ringing in (for example, when another guest's tab is open).
This wouldn't be necessary if we could instead choose when the guest can view the screen. For example, only view once business hit's "Pay"1 voteThe Clover Station Duo gives you 2 screens. One for the merchant and one for the customer. The customer is able to see what they are buying and pay for it without the merchant needing to turn a screen at all.

we have clover and we have a spa bsuiness that sells retail creams, and besuty products. we need to add an image and a anrea for a brief discription so it can dispaly onthe terminal and and as the client can see it on the screen. this is will be helpful

Being Able to enter Qty by fractions When Adding orders. For example " 1.25 yard of fabric instead of only being able to enter 1 or 2
Being able to enter qty by fractions. For example, We sell Fabric by the yard but often people want it at 11/2 yards or 11/4 yards, ect. It would be great if inventory would track by fractions and also register would allow input of fractions when choosing qty. instead of only being able to chose whole numbers.

Interface update problem
The new interface on our flex 2 is nice and clean. But, with the new interface clients often push "done" and we have to go back through the menus to print our receipt.
The "done" button is too inviting. Would like "done" to not be highlighted and instead say "return to clerk" or something similar with highlighting. The done or print buttons should stay available.
Receipts are easy to retrieve but still additional work.1 vote -
Inventory Migration via Multi Dashboard
Would be good to have Inventory Migration via Multi Dashboard.
Sometimes exporting & importing the inventory file can take hours of work if there are duplicate items which cannot be imported. I have spend 10-15 hours on large inventory files exported from clover to try to get them to import into clover.
Seems like you should be able to migrate the inventory file if the 2 accounts are connected. Or have a tierII backend process for this.1 vote -
Listing scanned items to the Left of the Clover Duo Mini and the customers total on the Right of the Clover Duo Mini
Many customers are complaining that their items that are scanned should be listed to the left of the customer facing Clover Duo Mini screen and their Total should show on the Right of the screen.
Currently the items are on the right and the total is on left and our customers are complaining because it confuses them with the total and tax at the bottom right then a different total about to the left.
Please help!

customer screen
I got problem with customer complain that when we select pay. the customer see only the amount of the items price + tips, but they don't see the taxes include. For example: the item about is $9 + taxes $1. So total on my cashier screen is $10 but on the customer screen is only $9 with tips option. It's show total include taxes anywhere on the screen alt all. Is there anyway you can add it to the screen that would be better.

CLOVER KDS - Not Separating Items By Guest Like Regular Printer
Clover Kitchen Display System (KDS) - Groups similar items together. However, for customers who are using CLOVER DINING SOFTWARE which costs more, the printer separates items by guest, irregardless of wether the items are identical. ALL WE ASK, is that the KDS be a reflection of the regular paper printer, where the orders are separated by guests. CUSTOMERS who order the KDS will more than likely, be the same customer that uses CLOVER DINING. Why would they not design the KDS to separate by CUSTOMER, when that's how Clover Dining Customers are used to operating. PLEASE HELP.

Multiple EINs
Situation: Owner has multiple EINs and needs a POS for transactions. For example, a POS is needed for an LLC and a non-profit by the same owner.
Problem: With Clover devices, it is not possible to switch from one EIN to another on a device. Owner much purchase new devices for each EIN. Needless to say, this can become very costly or cost prohibitive if several devices are needed.
Proposed Solution: Allow for multiple logins on devices and secure the devices by only accepting registered EINs

Orders only to be savable with pre authorized card on file.
I have many employees who save tabs without payment and this causes many issues. I would like there to be an option for us to only be able to save orders if there's a card on file for payment.

have a clear ordering process for failed power supplies
Please explain to clover support that just because they don't see a power supply listed as equipment, if the power supply fails on new equipment let them send out a new power supply or starter kit.
just had a solo and it's power supply fail. They sent a new solo but not power supply. Their response was they don't see power supply listed as equipment they can swap out. This is like who's on first..

two cash drawers, so high volume bars/restaurants can assign a drawer to a bartender.
Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.
