Category View in The Flex for Clover Dining
It’s not easy for the naked eye on clover flex to have the default but the ability to change category view in clover finding for either the mini clover 2 or the clover flex. The station is fine the way it is displayed.

Keyboard affected by syncing
Keyboard is affected by syncing on the device . When the device syncs while using the keyboard it would default the keyboard to letters or will just not take the input for a brief period of time. This happens on rare occasions but has been seen on first station and station 2018 specially when looking for items on the inventory.

the result of order entry on "order printer"
when entering one order for one item with quantity of more than 1, the qty appears on right as well as item number: this is confusing as it prints on "printer order" showing as "qty number" and "Item number" too close together, making it appear as two numbers together
example if qty is 5 and item number is "1" , it appears as printed "5 1"
i think the item number should be on left before item name1 vote -
Clover flex wider screen like the old clover mobile
Merchant would like a wider screen for the clover flex like the old clover mobile , it was easier to see the whole register app and place orders right now it’s too narrow and not easy when they have a very large menu items

support for the peeler model you ship
Received a clover official TML90. it's actually a peeler mode. yet when feeding labels thru the peeler mechanism, we find that ina. 3 item print job, only labels 1 and 3 print, label 2 never prints.

Kitchen Printer Documentation for Sales Reps
As a sales rep I am trying to set up my merchant with a compatible kitchen printer. The issue is that on the Clover pricing sheet, it does not list hardware specifics, like part number or complete model number. This makes it difficult to match it with any printers on hardwareadvantage.fiserv.com/products. Furthmore, when I call Clover support they list 3 compatible printers which does not match the Clover pricing sheet sent to ISO's. I don't know what to order.

Unfortunately Clover does not provide this documentation to the ISO channels. Clover Support is only allowed to provide information on the devices we provide to them. If you have specific examples of printers you are able to sell that don't match Clover Support we can review and update their procedure.
