Merchant setup Inventory with Pictures and Description and now Merchant open another location he want to move same inventory with product description and pictures to other open location but right we are Only able to export and import inventory category, and other details but not product pictures and Description .It is very time consuming to add pictures of product and description for another location very pain full clover need to fix this issue and allow merchant to import and export product pictures and Description .

  2. We run a grocery store and scan more than 10 items for most orders. The scanned items are shown from top to bottom. When we surpass 10, it stays on the first 10 items and we are unsure if we scanned the most recent item or not. This leads to mistakes as we have to drag it up and sometimes click on it or delete/add more of same item by accident. It is very inconvenient and unintuitive. We need you guys to update this so it automatically pulls the most recent item scanned up, or have new scanned items come…

  4. On the SP700 printer, using the medium font setting for order receipts is unacceptable as it uses an excessive amount of paper.

    The medium font will show a line of stars '*****' between each item (which no other font setting does) causing the margins between items to be excessively big which ultimately takes up more paper than even the large font.

    Our restaurant ends up needing to use the largest font setting for visual clarity although the medium font size should be sufficient.

    If spacing is fixed on the medium font, and items on an order receipt are aligned right…

  5. Some merchants want to switch processing companies but would lose access to the reporting data in one account. For instance, they are able to easily compare sales between today and this day last year. If they were to switch merchant processing companies, they would lose that privilege and would have to manually log back in into their old account for comparison. A way to export and import this data between different MIDs would be greatly beneficial.

  6. I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

  7. I want to be able to send a customer an email invoice from the dashboard and have them see that they can tip if they want to. I do mostly remote work and get paid via credit card when the work is complete. Square has this ability to add it to the invoice. It'd help remote customers make some more money. Thank you.

  11. Can we make Thermal Kitchen Printers? The tickets would be easier to read and less expensive as ink wouldn't need to be purchased.

  12. Please allow the receipt options to show on both employee and customer devices. Then the customer can select their receipt option by their own.

  13. The label printer mentioned above provides the same features and more such as wireless, bluetooth, and ethernet connections. The cost is half of that compared to the Epson and has great reliability.

  14. Received an official Clover TML90. It's actually got an ethernet interface. yet the clover app only supports a USB connection. You support star printed both USB and ethernet, why not a label printer.As we use a label printer as a kitchen printer, it makes sense to have it located in the kitchen some 50 feet away from the pos - not ideal to run a USB cable that far.

  16. I should not hve to be at the station to fix printer issues. We have two stations and at one station we don’t need receipts yet there is no way to turn that printer off

  18. Users (and resellers) have not been notified of the new toggle switch under the Key/Scan menu. It defaults to YES every time you open the app. This is causing Visa and MC initiated chargebacks that merchants cannot dispute (handkeying a chip card that is "present"). There should be Yes or No bubbles instead of any default. So, our users all have to be called and MOTO clients will need to switch the toggle to NO for every transaction. Lots of angry merchants who are losing money!!

  19. New Clover Kiosk Needs to have a DONE or No receipt button for the kiosk to not force to have to print a payment receipt every single transaction as most customers dont want paper payment receipts. except maybe an order receipt.
    please add this option just like every other clover device has this option to skip the payment receipt so that paper receipts are not piled up all on the floor or around the kiosk because of customers not wanting it.
