  1. Flex device need rewards prompt before or after the payment. Flex on kiosk needs this function soon as possible

  2. often times merchants misplace their Clover Flex especially when there are multiple units that are handled. Then there are times when they are stolen.
    Clover ought to consider anti theft mechanism (loud audible alarm or temporary GPS that is activated once and then must be reset)
    call it "AFTER The Flex" Anti Flex-Theft Emergency Response
    Another consideration is to have a live voice response when the unit is detected as off pre-validated premises

  4. I would like a button that can be pressed from the register page that will simply pop open the cash drawer instead of having to go to the three dots, select open cash drawer, and input a reason. Too many buttons for when you're in a rush and I don't want to leave the key in the drawer.

  5. Clover Dining OCCUPIED Tables need to be a DARKER Color.
    They currently change to a light grey, which you cannot see on the Mini, so you don't know what tables are taken & have open tabs.

  6. Merchants need a way to create an invoice directly from a clover terminal , as well as the ability to create itemized invoices from all terminals, including the virtual terminal.

  7. We have recently got Clover Duo systems installed at our restaurants, and existing kitchen printers, Epson TMU 220, are not working, so we are asked to purchase STAR printers. Can you enable Enable Epson TMU 220 printers by adding drivers for these printers into the Clover software, please?
    Our Existing Epson TMU 220 printers were working with Aldelo Express POS system and printers were connected through a LAN cable so I am wondering they it is not possible for Clover to add support for Epson TMU 220 printers into their software.

  8. It would be great if you can add prices on Kitchen receipt and the full total and tax because the bill receipt is in small letters and you can't change the size like how you can change the front size for the kitchen receipt but can't with the bill receipt.

  9. The order receipts are extremely wasteful when using medium or large fonts. All order receipts have too much information, and information is repeated.

    When medium font size is selected, there are dotted lines and empty space between each item which causes the paper to be unnecessarily long.

    While the large font should not have to be used, it is our only option as the small font is too hard to see at a distance for our chefs, and the medium font wastes too much paper. Although the large font is not ideal, it still uses less paper than the medium…

  10. Not asking for verification on a duplicate transaction that happened days/weeks previously.

    We are finding with the new update our flex is now asking at random times to verify that this duplicate transaction is okay. The thing is, it’s the first time a customer is paying today. It’s confusing for staff and customers who assume they will be charged twice.

    I understand the need for verification of the transactions are on the same day/similar timing. But if I have people that only come once a month, I don’t need to be selecting one of these options.

  11. Clover before had the NoTip on the tipping screen. Now it show skip. Due to this customers are selecting skip more often and before. It seems like customers did not like selecting no tip and would tip. Now they just press skip and don’t leave a tip. Clover support told me to add this comment here to request an update for this issue. Unfortunately smart tipping does not work for us cause of elderly customer base and they do not do well with technology.

  12. If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.

  15. Having to wait to invoice a customer until I'm at a desktop is not only inconvenient but completely redundant to why I purchased the Clover Go in the first place. This is not mobility and is not simple. Fully regretting leaving square. .03% is not enough of a savings to make this inconvenience "worth it".

  16. A small business owner requested that the Font Size be able to be modified. When asked why, I was informed that in the evening the restaurant turns the lights lower. This makes being able to read the text harder. It would be easier if it was scalable.

  17. Hi Clover team - this is Mark with Fiserv. The Clover Go G1 and G2 mobile apps should have a section to enter in address information. Especially when merchants are keying in transactions in the app, address verification is very important to avoid risks of disputes and chargebacks. Is this a feature that is coming?

  19. Merchant wants the Telecheck tender type to prompt for the customer signature on the customer-facing Mini. It currently prompts for the signature on the Merchant-facing device, with "Automatically take payment on connected device" selected.
