customer screen
I got problem with customer complain that when we select pay. the customer see only the amount of the items price + tips, but they don't see the taxes include. For example: the item about is $9 + taxes $1. So total on my cashier screen is $10 but on the customer screen is only $9 with tips option. It's show total include taxes anywhere on the screen alt all. Is there anyway you can add it to the screen that would be better.

Orders only to be savable with pre authorized card on file.
I have many employees who save tabs without payment and this causes many issues. I would like there to be an option for us to only be able to save orders if there's a card on file for payment.

two cash drawers, so high volume bars/restaurants can assign a drawer to a bartender.
Two cash drawers have a spot each on the Solo hub, so why can't the functionality be developed (we asked for this three years ago) so a bartender can get assigned to their own drawer for the business owner to avoid theft and employee finger pointing. There are two spots ready for this development! We need this to close a $5M high volume location needing 30+ clover devices! 7 18 2023 JC.

Allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB
Please allow Epson TM-T20II Receipt Printer to be connected to Clover Mini C301 via USB, because the built-in receipt printer no longer prints legible receipts despite cleaning efforts of the thermal print head. We need this option ASAP since we are receiving customer complaints. Buying a new Clover Mini is not an option - the device works great otherwise! Receipt layout does not require any changes since the Epson printer has adjustable guides to fit our current paper rolls. Thank you.

Additional Weight Scale Support
Clover System Currently only supports one weight scale (CAS SW-RS). This weight scale is bulky sits on the countertop and has max weight limit of 20lb. It is long overdue that Clover System developer add support for other weight scales.
Here are some examples:

3. Datalogic Magellan 9300i/9400i Barcode ScannerI am sure there are more frustrated clover users like me due to lack of other scale support.

merchant would .like the option to remotely access devices from the web dashboard. has been able to do this with another system.,
merchant would like to be able to remote into the devices to troubleshoot and update settings from where ever he is.

in Clover dining, the time on the ticket for drinks is when the order was placed, but when we come to take the food order, the time will be the same as the drink order time. are we able to have the the time the ticket was created for drink and then for food?

Clover Go device transaction info
Before the Clover Go update we could see transactions by device (if using Clover go with iphone, ipad) and they were under devices - now it says "no payments" under those devices even though we have used the Clover Go. Can we get that feature back?

Duplicate payment screen needs to be removed!!
We've had Clover machines for several years and during an update in the last couple of months, this DUPLICATE PAYMENT: AUTHENTIFICATION REQUIRED screen appeared. Customers and staff both get confused, it slows processing times and sometimes we lose money as someone hits the wrong part of the screen to wake up the terminal which hits the button to decline the transaction (hard to tell where it is when the screen is blank!) by which time, the customer is gone.
I called Clover to have this removed and they advised that it was not…

Ask for expiration date before CVV code when entering manually
Ask for expiration date before CVV code when entering manually. Avoid going back and forth with credit card. When you put in information manually, you normally have the card number and expiration date on the front side, once that is entered you turn the card and put in the CVV code. I very often take the info over the phone and the customer is frustrated because he gives the expiry date first but we ask for the CVV, then we ask him for the date which he already gave and must give again.

merchant is asking for the feature to be removed or placed at the end of a transaction where it makes a sound to say the payment was successful. States that it is causing confusion for his workers and customers, when t makes the sound, they think the payment is successful and the business is losing money as sometimes it does not go through.

Reporting
Can you make a report that shows expecting deposit for each employee. I can see the tip amount and the cash sells if I click on details, but I would like it to show on the Employees Reporting page all the employees and what their expected deposit is for a given date range. This is available on the Report app on the device

Clover Flex connection to Ethernet
It would be nice if the Clover Flex would be able to connect to ethernet. On the device, it shows it as an option but there is no port for an ethernet cable.

Clover Go: Option to remove 'print receipt'
I use the Clover Go with my Android device at Farmer's Markets and Craft Fairs. I do not print receipts (I'm a tree hugger LOL). It would be great to have the option to remove 'print receipt' from the choices shown to the customer after making their payment. I would like to keep email, text, or no receipt visible, and hide the print receipt option.

Merchant is requesting a feature to be added on the clover devices. He understands that categories can be re-arranged on the dashboard but he would like to be able to re-arrange them on the clover device too.

Tabletop kiosk
I would like to have a tabletop kiosk similar to Ziosk, we do not have wait staff in our restaurant because 1. it is hard to find employees and 2 we like to be contactless when possible. We are currently using QR codes on the tables, but the ordering website is a bit confusing for some. Having a kiosk to put on the tables would be great for our older customers, and and a great contactless way of ordering which is extremely important in this Covid world.

include "category" in items export
I need to export list of our items that includes the "category" attribute. When I export the inventory from the dashboard i am not seeing the category column.
