  1. It would be nice to have an extra charging base or two. This way you don't have to lug around the base and charging cable if you move to different parts of the building or a new location.

  2. I operate an IT business that also performs instore and onsite repairs. I would like to be able to present my customers with a custom form with a signature field at the customer facing terminal for when they drop off equipment or when they pick up equipment. My system is a Station Duo.

  3. No opening drawer ringing.
    This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. You cant' keep honest people honest if you don't have the single most basic physical base covered.

  4. I have a huge issue with the clover kiosk.
    some of my items has a lots of modifiers and it seems like on the kiosk they make a limit on how many modifires you can have which I think it is a programing mistake because we don't have this issue on the Due station so now my customers can not see all their modifiers options on the kiosk.
    second the All Item option on the kiosk has to be takin offfffffff pleeeeeeease it confuse the customers and it suppose to be just an option for the staff on the due…

  6. The Clover Duo version 2 is incompatible with usage at grocery stores with belted checkout lanes.

    If you picture the set up, as the cashier you have the workstation in front of you, and the customer facing device to your left. With a 1.5M cable, you cannot get to from where the register stand is to where the customer facing payment device on any belted checkout lane.

    With the Duo version 1 I found a work around, but the way the cabling is set up for the version 2, you cant jockey the cables around to make it work.

  7. It's impossible to send an invoice to our customers if a "rebate" is included in it. We only do business with invoices to our buyers, and I would like to create a rebate for some of our preferred customers or our employees... I do not wish ta create a list of items in wich I would have 3 identical items with 3 differents prices...
    Please program the virtual dashboard so this would be possible.

  8. All Devices including duo,mini,flex. It would help a lot if the order receipt printed out with the items price, as of right now when you make an order and sve it the receipt prints out with all the info except the price of the items.

  9. the KDS will display ( totals or "all days"). if there are 3 orders in the KDS, it will display the "all day" totals in the queue , if there are 2 NY steak orders on all three orders, the KDS will display they are a total of 9 NY steaks that are needed

  10. I would like to access prep times per order & per day. We receive at times that food took too long and then we need to access the data. Also to monitor the efficiency of the kitchen.

  11. Why doesn't a Clover Compact allow for manually keyed in transaction, when attempting an Authorization Only? This is supported on all other devices.

  12. Linerless labels are gaining popularity with QSR restaurants, coffee and tea shops included. I don't believe the Clover thermal kitchen printer Star TSP100 will work with those labels/paper.

    Please add linerless label printer compatibility or offer the compatible printer for sale.

  13. Wall mounted Solo options for servers would have allowed us to gain 2 major accounts. They ended up going with xxx because they felt if Clover couldn't accommodate something as simple as a wall mounted server station, then what else are they missing.

  14. A quick reference guide for frequently used functions was expected when we switched over to Clover. I will make my own for my employees but it would be nice if Clover would put one out.

  19. Order receipt DOTTED LINE format option doesn’t work with Star 700 kitchen printer.
    When using the Large Font along with the dotted lines, the dotted lines wrap to two lines instead of only one.

  20. Allow the Register app to be on the KDS so employees can take orders on it. Taking a quick order from KDS screen would greatly enhance our work flow by having our customer to wait less. It wouldn't need to accept the payments, but getting an order in the system so other employees could get started on would be a game changer. Then we could take payment later.
