Connectivity
Please find a way for the Clover Flex to connect to the Station Duo printer. There should be NO NEED for a merchant to buy a separate bar printer when the Duo printer can be used at the bar.

Kitchen Printer
On the Kitchen Printer when it pulls out the ticket it should all read on the left side. Example (Bean Burrito) is on the left (with cheese) should also be on the left not on the right.

Wants to have option to pull preauth orders from Clover duo
Currently clover duo cannot pull preauth orders done from other devices. Merchant would like that option. Is it possible?

Clover FLEX NEEDS TABLE MAP IN CLOVER DINING
Clover Flex needs the table mapping of clover dining instead of a list. The list of numbers is overwhelming to the eye. The server can't memorize the numbers easily. The visual on the station and mini helps much more than the flex.

A strident beep would be useful in case of "declined transaction"
Set a different ringer (and a strident one) when a transaction is declined: to alert the employee who is processing the transaction and avoid for that transaction to pass unnoticed. it has happened in my salon: the screens sequence did not make it clear that a transaction was refused, and no beep came on to make it conspicuous.We got defrauded without being alerted!

Disable USB
Have the ability to disable/enable the USB ports in the Clover to avoid unauthorized devices being connected. If the USB port is disabled, any device plugged in that port will not communicate or sync with the Clover.

Print From Clover Flex (Mobile)
I have the Clover Flex. We use this as our register. We also have staff using the App paired with the Go to make transactions. Post sale on the Go it asks to print, text or email a receipt. When I click print I receive an error message. I would like for the App to work with and print remotely to the Flex Station. When we have the Flex reprint these transactions they ARE NOT itemized, for reasons necessary to my business, this is a huge security problem. Please adjust the app to sync with the Flex printer. Thank you…

Customer Order opened on Clover station and paid on Clover Go to populate in customer app
Would like the functionally for Clover Go version 2.5.3 for customer orders opened using the Clover Station under the Customers app to add order, and when paid using Clover Go, to reflect on the customers app as an order for that customer

Clover solo needs to be able to accept contactless payments
Merchants want to tap cards on all devices…. It is easier, faster and reduces wear and tear on their chip card reader. Merchants don’t want to buy a duo just so they can accept contactless transactions. We would also like to see a simple inexpensive Bluetooth ( or connected) card reader with contactless option that would pair with solo, duo or other devices in case the main card reader breaks

Set default order type by device
My restaurant has a Clover Station that primarily handles to-go orders and Clover Flex devices that handle dine-in orders. Currently my default Order Type is set to Dine-In, but this default applies to all my Clover devices. I want to have a different default Order Type on my Clover Station since this device mainly handles to-go (sometimes I forget to select To-Go and it defaults to Dine-In).
I would like to have the option to set a default Order Type based on device. The account-level default Order Type should still exist, but if the device has a device-specific default Order…

restaurants have been asking for a smaller device to accept orders at tables. They would like something geared more towards the size of a Cellular Device instead of the Flex. This would only be allowed to accept orders, not payments

Simultaneous Dual Language for Kitchen printer
I need a printer that can print in both languages on the same kitchen ticket. This requirement of a dual language ticket is needed because of the racial composition of staff in my international kitchen. I have both Chinese speaking and English speaking staff and that is what both languages needed to be on the same kitchen ticket. Even my previous 10-year-old POS can do that.

Line separation or spacing options for kitchen tickets
After recent update, items printed on kitchen tickets are not separated with a line or spacing options, making the ticket harder to read when multiple items are ordered. A line between items would make reading easier, especially with modifiers.

Bring back the Customer Name column on the "orders" app of the Clover Flex
We would appreciate being able to see the customer name column in the orders app. We realize we can see the name under the "notes" column but we often use this area for actual notes. We also realize we can click on a specific order and then the customer name will appear on the next screen but this is difficult when there are many orders on the list. It would be great if we could see the customer name instead of the order code.
