change the virtual terminal search box back to the way it was
Please change the virtual terminal customer search box back to the way it was so I can see multiple different customers at one. This new update or change that happened a few weeks ago allows me to see the first one and then when I scroll I am only able to see in between two. I have already contacted your support team who told me they can help me. PLEASE CHANGE THIS BACK ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE CORRECT PERSON.

create or allow business rules for tax exemptions for countries other than the US
After just recenly purchasing the system and bringing it online, we have been told by tech support that features described on clover.com/help may or may not be applicable to us, as Clover only has the .com help set up for US clients, with no way to differentiate what applies in Canada and what doesn't. I need a way to add a business rule to allow for tax exemptions under certain circumstances, as using a business rule like as is outlined on the clover.com/help page would be far more helpful than making one of our two required taxes optional. On Clover Go Rearrage Order
On the Clover Go device the order needs to be changed.
Currently, I select an item, insert the client card, flip the screen for a tip, they immediately flip it back to me because it then pops up remove card, THEN it asks them to sign so we flip it back. There needs to be a way to add tip, then immediately sign.1 vote -

reverse the update so users can see all credit card numbers
In your recent update, end users can no longer see the entire credit card number we are entering via phone call. This is resulting in input errors and frustrating to both Clover users and customers. As we take 40% of our orders over the phone, it is important that we can see the data we are entering when a customer is giving us the information over the phone

Order Number hyperlink needs to be in every transaction- approved or declined!
When looking at Transactions tab and viewing a decline, management needs to be able to simply tap the Order Number to find out if it ever got paid. As it exists, it is much more cumbersome to locate that same Order to see its history.

Make receipts viewed online reflect all discounts.
I was told there was a recent update to the discounts app which caused the grand total to show without reflecting the discount added. The discount is listed on the receipt but it is not deducted.

Tags for each type of payment: Virtual Terminal, Device, Invoiced and Report for outstanding invoices
When looking at reports there is only a tag for virtual terminal transaction but there is not one for invoiced paid transaction therefore I one has to go one by one to see which ones where in device and which one was an invoice. There is also no way to see outstanding invoices.

Taxes to agree between platforms
For online sales through the "Sell Online" 3rd party app. We need the taxes to be the same through the integration. Currently, when the Sell Online app sends an order over the Clover - Clover charges the default tax in that system. We need an option inside of clover to NOT charge a tax for the online sales. They are already listed as an online sale inside of Clover, so can we use that filter to stop taxes from being applied to that category?

Duo Support
I have an issue with Clover duo 2nd when taking a payment from customer. Payment terminal keeps going back to tip select screen even though the customer already selects tip amount and pay with credit card. So, it makes double charge for same order most of time. This duo 2nd device is brand new, and network is super strong. How to resolve this problem? I was contacted to clover tech team, and they didn't give me the proper solution for this issue.
