Fraud Prevention Tools to add a transaction limit so if the same total gets charged on the same card within a minute then it should decline the transaction.
This will prevent duplicate charges to the same card.

Add to the transaction limits so that if the same transaction total gets charged on the same card at the same time it will decline the duplicate charge. This way it can help prevent duplicate charges.
