Would absolutely LOVE color coded tables for sections
Would be helpful to be able to highlight or color code tables on the dining room set up to help servers know what section is there's.

Split a menu item between guests….not the ticket but the actual menu item 2 way, 3 way, (default to number of guests).
Example Scenario: Waiter has opened a table in Clover Dining and has 4 Guests. Each guests has ordered a menu item. Guest 1 decided to share a menu item with Guest 2. That menu item cost $10.00
Solution. When selecting the menu item on the screen previously to payment 3 dots appear. When those dots are selected more options appear to pay for that item or move that item.

Expand Reporting to the Guest Level when using Clover Dining.
When using Clover Dining we are putting orders in at the guest level. Because of this we would like to see reporting down to the guest level. Thus # of guests served, average order / guest, break down of orders by guest (Food, Drink, Appetizers, etc.).

Kitchen notified if printed order move to another table
When customers move from one table to another after the order has been printed it would be very useful if an automated note went to the kitchen to let them know. This will stop food going to the wrong table, customers giving out to floor staff and in some instances people eating the wrong food

When open non-table order, first thing, Clover should ask for Order Type and then Customer info
Currently, you open a new non-table order in Clover Dining or Register, users just need to select order type and pick menu items and save without the need of customer information. Employees will easily forget to enter customer data and we will have no idea whose order belongs to. So Customer info is a must have before enter any menu items!!! If employees do not enter customer info first, when they should not able to create any order!

Clover Dinning
Clover Dinning needs order numbers not just table numbers. Especially, for a fast pace taqueria where keeping track of tables isn't a necessity.

Multi device usage
We have a bar with 16 stations; 8 solos,3 minis, and 5 flex. We have a remote printer that fires cocktails to the bar. This is only on the flex devices that are used for table service. The problem is, if a table is opened on the flex, then a station is used to ring a drink, when the flex is used to ring another drink, the drink that was rang on the station(by a bartender, who then makes the drink)fires with the drink just rang on the flex. Allow dining orders to added after a one split check is paid
If a party wants to pay separately, the problem is once one guest pays, the remaining check is locked and cannot be added to. For instance, if one guest wants to leave early, and a few others stay to have dessert or keep drinking, we know the order will be locked once a single payment is made. So we move everyone to empty tables and manage them separately as a work-around

Clover Dining in Flex Category View
After tapping the table number. The Display of the Menu in the flex is FORCED to be Categories & Items View. Its easier if it were on Category View, its easier to order than just scrolling right and left to find the item or use the search bar. Please implement a category view for the flex as in mini and station it is fine.

Allow merchants to delete all text on kitchen tickets that are not necessary for their operation
In a busy kitchen, every detail matters and streamlining line flow is critical. There seems to be no way to delete all the extra text on our kitchen tickets, despite having no use for our operation. For example, there is no way to delete "Server: NAME", despite our operation not needing this information. Also, our tickets print the time the order was received, the time the order was printed, and the date/time in a separate location - all we need is the time! Why can't we get rid of all the extra text? Finally, at the end of each ticket…

Screen Back to table layout after hit print bill
For Clover Dining App, Every time that hits print bill bottom the screen should back to the main screen to preventing other use the same time that left on the screen

Individualize items on the check, as opposed to X2, X3, etc.
My wait staff complains that when they have a large group and they put items in that are more of something they have already put in ( eg. glass of beer) the items are added off screen and they cant be sure if they have been added or not as they cant be sure exactly how many glasses of beer there were and cant see them as they are not visible. They can be combined on guest check, but on computer screen it is much more difficult..

Option to remove guests form clover dining
Dining app (guest 1, guest 2, guest 3) merchant said the interface is a bit confusing and would like the "guests" fields to be removed

Clover Dining should add a Spill button to keep track of drink that are being dropped
The merchants would like to have a button added or an option that when an item is removed from the Dining app it would ask the reason. For example if a drink is dropped or spilled, that when that item is removed they could select that option to track it.
