Online Order PING
When an online order comes in ..... the clover device should PING loudly and have a pop up come saying "Order Arrived"
We expect our staff to do other tasks during their down time so they aren't always right beside the clover unit to see the order print off.7 votes -
Remove default "Clover In-Store Pickup" for online orders
We are only opening for CURBSIDE PICKUP but Clover does not have the ability to remove the "In-store Pickup" option. Confusing and misleading to customers. Also, customers don't get the curbside order instructions so they don't know what to do upon arrival.

Edit Wait Time on COLO
Merchant requested to edit the time frame/wait time provided to customers for an order made through COLO, advised that by default provides a prompt of 40mins to be prepared, he said that won't work for his location as he has to many customers and sometimes need an hour depending on the amount of orders and customers in queue.

Within the order online it would be helpful to be able to adjust the times items are available. We have a lunch special that goes until 3:00 but we don't want people to order it at dinner so I've had to remove the lunch menu from the online menu.

Specify items availability for online ordering
Every item in Inventory should have a simple checkbox to specify whether it is available for online ordering or not. Not all items in inventory are necessarily available for online ordering so there should be an option to include or exclude them from the online menu.

Hiding items until customers pick a category
We have a lengthy list of offerings, and average customers will need to scroll a lot to find the items they may want. It would be great if it lets us just present only the list of Categories first, and then, items under the selected categories for easier browsing.

Hi, we are using clover online ordering app. Right now, there is not any functionality where we can click once order is ready to notify customer. No need for Server Information on Online Orders
I do not see the need to print Server Name ( Owner’s name) on order receipt + date / time stamp for Online Orders ( both Ordering.app & Clover Ordering). Those information alone take 4” of receipt space.

Show customers a predicted pick-up time for their food
So I just ordered food using this app and NOWHERE says when it's going to be ready. No idea if it'll be 10 mins or 30. That's a really important feature IMO. I had to call the restaurant and ask them when my food will be ready, which is inconvenient.
