Add a flat fee to specific order type
We need to add a mandatory state bag fee to takeout orders, and don't want to have to add it manually to each order. Please make it possible to have a set fee added only to selected order types. Thanks

Category column in inventory excel
There should be a column in the inventory excel sheet that shows the category!
I would like to filter my items in my downloaded inventory excel sheet and cannot do this. It's a simple thing that surprisingly is not there already.

Online Order PING
When an online order comes in ..... the clover device should PING loudly and have a pop up come saying "Order Arrived"
We expect our staff to do other tasks during their down time so they aren't always right beside the clover unit to see the order print off.9 votes -
Clover Dining Inventory Management
When a menu item is out of stock, Clover Dining does not give the option to remove the ability for a server to continue ordering that item.
Servers can still place the order causing many issues. Also, quantity on hand is not updated until an item is paid for - this does not help the issue when orders are held in the saved/orders app until a table is paid. This has caused many lost sales as we are a reseller for Clover9 votes -

Add Revenue Classes/Labels when adding a new item
With the inventory redesign, we've lost the ability to add a Revenue Class/Label when creating and adding a new item to the inventory. In the old version of inventory, we had a drop down menu called Labels that let us select our Revenue Class/Label. Now, we have to add the item and then go to Revenue Classes separately and then into the Revenue Class and then add the item to the Revenue Class. This is much more time consuming when adding many items, which we do nearly every day. For now we've switched back to the old inventory design but…

Specify items availability for online ordering
Every item in Inventory should have a simple checkbox to specify whether it is available for online ordering or not. Not all items in inventory are necessarily available for online ordering so there should be an option to include or exclude them from the online menu.

A warning sign when the item did not scan into the system
Merchant would like the function when an item is not listed in the inventory and employee does not have permission to add an item to display a warming window or make a loud noise to inform the employee that the item has not been added to the order. The Clover will make the same sound even if the item is not listed in the inventory.

Have COLO set a minimum dollar amount for COLO orders
Merchant would like the ability to set a minimum dollar amount for COLO. This is due to certain items being $1.00, which can be easily abused and unprofitable when considering processing fees.

The merchant is a large retail store and at times can sell more than an 100 items.The merchant request to enter a greater quantity than 100.

We should able to set many prices for each menu items.
One menu item can have various prices base on where it gets ordered. If it gets ordered from Chownow, it may have different price than ordering directly to restaurant. Each menu item can have price#1, price#2, price#3, .... price#10. When this item maps to different menu, we can see which price we want to use on that menu. This way, we don't need to duplicate the same menu for each 3rd party vendor and easy to maintain in the future. Just open the menu item and you can see/modify all prices.

I would really like there to be a "sale price" field in the inventory so that we can easily put items on sale without having to change the price. It would be even better if there was also a "date range" field so that I could plan sales ahead of time.

Default order type should be T0-GO for non-table order
My restaurant has Dine-In (default), To-Go, and Delivery order types. When making non-table order, we some times forget to select "To-Go" order types and the kitchen will mess up customer orders. This happens a lot because the server had already selected To-Go non-table order.

Clover Dining: Splitting Clover Rewards at a table
The merchant is using the Clover Dining App . The merchant is unable to split Clover Rewards points on the table to each customer. They can only reward the entire table when paying out the order. The merchant was able to use this functionally in the tables app. The merchant needs this to be added to the Dining app.
