Employees: Please include all your feedback and suggestions for enhancing Clovers employee management software.   1. Multiple shifts per day:

    We have 2 services ( brunch and dinner) per day with 2 different teams, therefore we need a closeout report ( sales and tips) per shift - not per day

    We also need different menus per shift.

  2. After the customer types in their email address, remember their email address so they don't have to type it in EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY VISIT. Every time I go to the same restaurant and use my exact same credit card I have to type in my email address.

  3. Please allow CLOVER POS in inventory to assign colors to each item that show that color on the KDS screen. Example: Make it red and it will show on the KDS screen in RED writing. Same with any modifier. This gives expo the opportunity to see when these modifiers and special items such as toast in a separate color to help Efficiency and timing better.

  4. Is there a reason store owners aren't allowed to choose delivery without being forced to use a 3rd party? Small town Iowa business owners provide their own drivers. There should be an option for their customers to select this when ordering online.

  5. I would like to be able to adjust each section and where it appears on the ticket. I own an elixir bar, which is like a coffee shop, and I do not want the table information on the top of the ticket; I like the customer's information on the ticket, and I would like to be able to make the customer's name bold so that it stands out.

  6. It would be helpful to be able to assign a different default order type to each register rather than having to choose the order type every time. For example, a drive thru register could be set to Drive Thru as a default order type to help minimize mistakes in the kitchen.

  7. for online orders you need to be able to schedule holidays in advance so that you don't have to manually turn online orders on / off - which can lead to owners or staff forgetting to turn it back on - you should be able to add a 'holiday' schedule for online ordering

  8. When you make an online order, when you check out the tip function defaults to the lowest tip amount. If the customer doesn't check none, it will default to the lowest tip amount instead of None. we need that to default to None!!!!

    Increase customer engagement and new customer acquisition by incentivizing referrals with discounts.

    How it works:

    Referral Code Generation:

    Each customer receives a unique referral code printed on their bill after dining.

    Sharing & Rewards:

    The customer shares the code with a friend.

    When the friend uses the code:

    Both the referrer and friend get a 10% discount.

    The friend receives a new unique code to share further.

    Automation & Tracking:

    Codes are unique and single-use.

    Self-use is prevented.

    System automatically tracks code usage and applies discounts.

  10. Its nothing with the website its more with the UberEats integration.
    The modifiers needs to have a setting where my client can select the same modifier multiple times.
    Lets say i have a food combo that comes with 3 sides i want my client to be able to select 1 side 3 times if they wish to do so just like its possible to do with the ubereats interface.

  11. Please add a clock to the KDS screens so the kitchen staff can always easily know what time it is just by glancing at the screens. My screen shows the time as a screensaver when it’s slow, but when we’re busy we just see the tickets with no way to know what the current time is.

    This is useful for rake/out orders that a setup for a specific pickup time. Example “Susan 7:15pm pickup” I should be able to look at the screens and have a small clock somewhere so I can easily keep track of time.

  12. Make label printers work like any other kitchen printer. They need to be network printers where print labels are used to fire prints. It should support both types of labels, die cut and linerless. Also, labels should be able to be printed from KDS.

  14. When Applying discounts it discounts the whole ticket. We would like to be able to apply our military discount to just the veterans meal and not the whole ticket. Please and thank you!

  15. It would be clearer to online ordering end-users if the Clover Online Ordering website showed the Order type (in-store pickup, delivery, curbside) listed as radio buttons rather than a drop-down so that end-users can clearly see all of the available options before hitting the checkout button. Currently, they may not realize that delivery or curbside pickup are available unless they know to click the drop down.

  16. Restaurant Table Reservations:
    Allow restaurants to utilize an existing Clover Booking feature (currently available for Retail/Services plans) for online table reservations.

    Make this booking feature available a la carte in the Clover App Market as a stand-alone add-on for any SaaS plan, not just the Services plan.

    Advanced Reservation Options & Fees:

    Allow advance booking options up to one year.

    Enable the option for the merchant to apply a non-refundable or refundable booking fee at the time of reservation, which can then be applied against the customer's final bill at checkout.

  17. In clover dining app there are no restrictions for employees to remove the automatic Additional Charges from an order. There should be a permission where Only admins are allowed to remove additional service charge or have manager/admin passcode approval to remove additional charges on dine-in sections only. There should be a permission approval.

    Currently there is an Operational Loss when customer is paying cash, the employee gives the bill to the customer, and customer pays in cash, some servers/employees found a loophole to remove the auto gratuity service charge in the Clover Dining app since there are no restrictions in…

  18. Time punches can be edited from the web dashboard but the calendar picker does not allow the user to pick the previous day and only allows who hours to be selected. This is not useful to correct time when an employee forgot to clock out the previous day and/or the time is something other than the whole hour.

    Users can click into the field an manually adjust the date and time, but the date picker should either be eliminated or functionality improved.

  19. When a printer is deleted as an order printer it will automatically readd itself after the clover goes through a reboot. This is an issue for retail merchants that have no need for an order receipt. Clover Advanced support has informed us that this is not a bug but "a feature" and that this is the way the software is intended to work.
    I fail to see the benefit of the system changing a setting that was intentionally set. Clover needs to revert this as soon as possible.

  20. Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:

    A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or

    A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).

    The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:

    Enable or disable it

    Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)

    Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow

    This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.
