Editing business information

i wanted to share my experience so that hopefully you can help me find a solution to this issue i been facing with our account.
Its regarding our business ours and edit information but mainly about the hours.
we have relocated our business address recently and so we also have changed our operating hours , i have tried endless times to edit the hours from manager dashboard under edit business information and it just wouldnt save, i have called support many times and all they helped me with is tell me…6 votesPlease contact support if this issue still persists.

Multi-User profile
We have a 3rd party running our food & beverage. They need access to enter inventory and pull reports. I'd like to have an option that they have access to just food & beverage categories as opposed to seeing our full facility sales

No software updates during business hours
Please find a way to limit Clover software updates to outside of business hours. We've heard a number of complaints about updates happening during peak hours that have been negatively impacting business

once additional fee is added from the registrar, having the option that only a manger could remove it
we add additional charge as a "bottle fee" would like the ability to block employees from removing the fee, only a manager should be able to remove,

Communication with Engineering once a case has been created
Communication with Engineering Team
Once a case has been created, the communication almost completely stops. There needs to be a path to engineering for ISO's and Agents. More often then not the case is closed and is not resolved. If the engineers do not want phone calls, create a portal where the case lives once it is open. Agents can check their tickets and respond accordingly, making the process more seamless while getting the issued resolved in a more timely manner, keeping merchants happy!3 votes -
Logo displayed on device idle screen and/or background
I have clients who would be interested in being able to have their business logo displayed on the devices lock screen and/or background. This could apply to any of the devices really but this client specifically has a Mini. Especially for the Clover Duo this would establish a presence for the brand and this makes the business seem very official.

Customizable Customer Input Field on Clover Kiosk (Buzzer/Table Number Option)
Clover Kiosk needs the ability to include a customer input field during the order process, allowing customers to enter either:
A buzzer number (for merchants using pagers for pickup orders), or
A table number (for merchants offering table tents for dine-in service).
The field should be customizable by the merchant, with the ability to:
Enable or disable it
Choose the label (e.g., “Enter Buzzer Number” or “Enter Table Number”)
Make it required or optional based on the merchant's workflow
This would significantly improve the kiosk experience for businesses that use buzzers or table service and help streamline order fulfillment.

Clover Cash Discount applies to Clover Gift Cards
Please add Clover Gift Cards as a tender option to apply the cash discount price. We want our gift card holders to pay the cash price

TIPS apps
Every morning we audit tips entered in the TIPS app by the staff. This is insure that customers are not over charged by a misentry as well as any tips that maybe left unentered.
Starting on the business day of 6/10/2025, the app was changed from (trying to work the logic backwards) being sorted by the time the transaction was started which kept sequential descending transaction numbers to a sort by the time in which the transaction was closed. This new sort throws the transaction numbers out of order. This is opposite of the workflow that has been in place…

No opening drawer ringing.
This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. You cant' keep honest people honest if you don't have the single most basic physical base covered.2 votes -
UberEats integration
Its nothing with the website its more with the UberEats integration.
The modifiers needs to have a setting where my client can select the same modifier multiple times.

I have ***** reps in my area in Oklahoma City that are going around poaching my Clover merchants at restaurants because they’re able to keep all of the stuff inside ***** and offer it at a lower cost than what they’re paying to add on third-party apps with Clover these features include online ordering marketing online Accounting and all these other features is there a way that we can bundle these things to make it cost-effective for Clover and not have a whole bunch of third-party options.
