We need the ability to + or repeat a fired item, without giving the access to void printed items. This is critical and has been voted up several times. PLEASE MAKE THIS AVAILABLE!

SALES BREAKDOWN (FOOD AND LIQUOR)
There is currently no way to quickly determine the restaurants (or individuals) sales break down for Food and Liquor. This information (liquor sales) would be useful for servers at the end of each shift to determine the amount they must tip out the bartenders. Additionally, this information would be extremely beneficial for the restaurant to determine sales of periods (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). There has to be a better way to do this, than continuing it on our fingers or with scrap paper. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Kitchen Printer Chit Customization
I am all in with Clover if I could only adjust the Kitchen Printer Chits. I need a compact and readable printout. Kitchen efficiency is above all else in my casual dining restaurant.
The current order printer setup in the kitchen is too large, too spaced out, hard to read font, and splits items up by table and guests. The kitchen just needs items to make and in the mods in a simple condensed format please.

NO SALE Button for bars
We need a button in the Register app that says NO SALE that a bartender can quickly hit to open cash drawer. I have a merchant that has 7 pool tables 10 dart board machines and is constantly making change -- the way it is now is not ideal with having to enter a reason to open the drawer. The 3-4 clicks is too many for a fast pace bar that has 5 Station Solos.

Order Type Highlights
During Extremely busy periods, line cooks and expediterts have a tendency to not pay attention to order type. Sometimes "To-Go" orders get plated and have to be replated in to-go containers.
If order types could be color coded on the KDS displays, it would help distinguish between order types and minimize plating errors.

Menu Hours for Online Ordering
We need to be able to add Breakfast Menu Times to our Cafe hours. Hope House Cafe.
We use online ordering and Doordash options, but are not able to enter hours and have this option available for online ordering.We are currently having to manually enter and remove them daily for Breakfast Menu ITems.

Subcategory
Need unlimited amount of Subcategories. And also would like to be able to set up Items in the correct Subcategories on Terminals not only dashboard.
Templet spreadsheet does import subcategories in correctly when you export and re-import that same report. It puts all Subcategories in Category.
Needs to add a Subcategory Column on the Items tab.2 votes -
Online Orders not syncing with POS inventory counts
Currently our online store does not sync with our POS when there are low counts on items. It recognizes 86 or sold out items automatically but NOT counts. This is detrimental as we have orders coming through in real time both in store and Online. Meaning we often oversell items on line that are sold out- IE - We have 2 turkey sandwiches left but someone can order as many as they want online. Please fix this!

ORDER TYPES ON KITCHEN RECEIPTS

reporting
Merchants need to be able to see the cash deposit totals by employee on their POS and not just via the dashboard. Currently, the POS shows cash deposit totals - but not by employee.
The cash deposit totals by employee are visible in the dashboard and so this should be accessible via the POS as well.
This is important for employees and their manager when checking cash deposits at the end of their shifts.

Cash transactions need to be included on server reports as well as closeout reports from the device display and printout.

Route Orders by Order Type
The ability to route items to the kitchen based on order type. For example, a kitchen that wants to send to go /online orders to a specific printer located in the kitchen and dine in orders to a different printer. This is great for restaurants that have a separate kitchen preparing to go and online orders. Right now, the work around is to create duplicate items, Fries (For Here) and Fries (To Go). Although this works, it makes item reporting and menus more confusing.

Shift review
You should be able to close out the cash drawer mid-day by attaching it to an employee and then when they close their shift, the drawer restarts. It would be nice to be able to put a set amount in the settings that the drawer would start at and then at the end of each shift, reporting would tell you how much money should be in the drawer total including the starting balance. After the morning shift leaves, the drawer should return to that starting balance and reset for the evening shift and all open tabs could have a single…

'Categories' Filter Broken
Clover.com > Reports > Item sales
Along the top of this screen there are six (6) filter boxes. The rightmost box is 'Categories.' Clicking on this box reveals a drop-down menu where you can select/unselect categories to be displayed.
It used to be that you could click this box, and it would stay open to allow you to unselect multiple categories until you were done, then click outside the menu and it would apply your filter. Now, each time you click once ANYWHERE in this drop-down menu, the menu disappears, and you have to re-open it again.

KDS Font
It would be great to have the option to change the KDS font size larger, for both the item and modifiers. The modifiers are especially hard to read because the font is gray instead of black.

Transfer Server on Closed Order
We really need a way to be able to transfer/change the server name on closed orders. This way if a mistake is made and the order is transferred to a manager's name or someone who just helps close out the tab, the business can adjust this when they notice the error and transfer it back to the correct server and have all tip reports adjusted so that this displays correctly.

Provide ability in Tables app and Register to schedule orders in the future.
Create functionality to enter future delivery date/time that would work similar to online orders schedule at future time or dates and times. In addition add an interface that shows future orders to facilitate order fulfillment.

Show Modifiers without showing their price on Payment Receipts
Currently Payment receipts have 3 different options for modifiers.
- Show All Modifiers
- Show Only Priced Modifiers
- Dont Show ModifiersIt would be nice if Clover offered a 4th option that a lot of other POS systems do. This option would be to "Show Modifiers without Price". Essentially this will show the modifiers on each item but the up charges for each item would just accumulate to the items subtotal instead of showing them listed individually.

Printing order in Kitchen printer
When we press Pay, the system sends the order to the kitchen printer. Actually, in this stage, the Customer does not pay yet. We see another screen to choose a payment type, such as cash or credit card. If the customer cancels the order or add something to the order or his credit card declines, we can not control the order.
