Manager approval on High dollar transactions
We have Clover Flex's setup for a local Credit Union with many branch offices that offer the Cash Advance service to customers that want to take out a cash advance on their credit card. They would like to restrict their employees from attempting cash advances over $5k without manager approval. Would like to have the Clover device set up so it will prompt for manager override on transactions over $5k. The $5k could be a customizable field like you have for Offline Transactions.

Customer Database Functionality
On Clover Merchant Portal:
- button to import .csv file to batch overwrite customer data
- button to intelligently merge duplicate customer entries
- button to delete customer entries that match batch criteria (e.g. "MANUALLY ENTERED")
- button to automatically batch rewrite customer name fields with correct capitalization instead of all caps

Catering Estimates
I would like to be able to create a catering estimate for our customers from my home office through the Clover Dashboard instead of having to stand at a Clover POS system and enter it. I can create an invoice but an ideal situation would be to create from my laptop, itemized each catering item and send to the customer. Even if it means creating and printing the estimate and manually emailing it to our customer.

Have French Language Option in Payment Links
There should be the option of having payment links that display in French. This is a legal requirement in Quebec of any commercial page having French, otherwise it is illegal in this province.

Support for AFT
I have a large client with more than 1,000 Clover MIDs who is interested in developing support for AFTs (Account Funding Transactions) for a semi-integration. According to the DevRel team this is not currently on the roadmap for Clover. Please consider this for future development.

Barcode Printing
It would be awesome if Clover could create barcodes natively for inventory items— no third-party apps needed, select the inventory item and print the barcode on the label printer, so they can later scan it. Merchants could instantly print labels from Clover, saving time and simplifying inventory management. Seamless, fast, and fully integrated

secondary Verification
While travelling please add an option to enable secondary verification by email. Often I do not have access to my primary telephone number as I use a data plan while travelling.

dashboard timeout is too short
Clover is logging me out after 15 minutes on the desktop. I am repeatedly logging back in throughout the day. Can you please give us a setting that allows us to stay logged in for an hour like it was previously? I'm in the back office trying to work. I don't have a security issue with being logged in.

See All Devices at Once on Dashboad Reports
I have several devices and need to see their proceeds every day individually. As is I have to drill into every device individually which is very cumbersome vs having them all listed out on one page.

Basic Inventory Tracking System. In/Out stock report
Kindly consider adding a basic inventory tracking feature to the platform. This functionality would allow merchants to monitor item stock levels in real time—tracking quantities sold and remaining inventory. Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to include a low stock alert system that notifies merchants when item quantities fall below a predefined threshold. This would help prevent stockouts and ensure timely restocking

modifiers / reporting
When running reports the system should be able to see how many times a modifier was selected on items. For instance we have crown royal as a item with a modifier for (chocolate, peach, black berry, regular, salted caramel, apple, vanilla). When running a report it only shows how many crowns you sold but no breakdown of which one was selected. Same goes for beer types high noon, white claws, carbliss, sun cruisers...etc. They come in so many different varieties and without having 1000 buttons on the screen for your workers to go thru we try to make it easier…

Reel invoices system
We urgently need a proper invoicing system link with the Clover inventory app, with:
Consecutive invoice numbers (no gaps, easy to track)
Tax ID integration (to comply with accounting requirements)
Customer ID for proper tracking
Easy search and history lookup by invoice number, customer ID, or item SKU
This is a critical feature for professional use and should be implemented.

The new layout is creating major problems:
Inventory Columns Not Saving
Every time we log in or out, all the selected inventory table columns reset. There is no way to save the selection, which wastes time and is extremely frustrating. This should be a simple and essential fix that must be addressed ASAP.Search Function Not Reliable
The new search function often produces false or inconsistent results, even with a UPC code. Scanning the same UPC can bring up 10 results the first time, then 6 the next, and it can take 3–4 attempts just to get the correct one.…

Different Time Blocks
There should be multiple options for the time blocks for services that aren't 15, 30, or 60 minutes. such as 20 minutes. Our business can't operate and our customers are becoming very unhappy because the wait times are increasing since our stylists are used to 20 minutes. We deal with kids and they are very unpredictable so those 5 minutes make a real big deal.

let customers know if they have the app they don't have to fill out part of their life story to place and order.
since the new program I purchased we have not had one order through clover. customers are required to sign in with email phone number. let the know if they have the app they don't have to do all of that. that just may help. that's ridiculous/

Add or Modify Customer Fields
It would help manage the business if instead of (or in addition to) a "Business Name" field you could add and name a field. Not all customers belong to a business, however we need to collect critical information like "player name", "student name", "child's name" etc
