When doing a transaction report for a specific date, the beginning date and end date must each be selected, which is fine. When switching forward or backward one day, it takes 5 clicks to change the date. xxxx has a left and right arrow that can be clicked to move forward or backward one day. That would be a very helpful feature to have.

Adding a second carbon copy email address
When an invoice is paid, the owner of the account receives an email notifying them that the payment has been made. However, it would be nice if the owner could add a second person's email address (like the accountant).

Customer Phone Database
Hello,
Can we get a Database that links Card numbers to phone numbers automatically like how xxxx does it. I am tired of having to enter the SAME customer's phone number in every time they purchase something. It is embarrassing that this system doesn't have the ability to remember things like this. Also it would be nice if another Clover user just entered the customers phone number and then they come to me, it would already be there to text them their receipt.

Deposit for professional services
Salon's as a professional service, collect deposits for the ability to charge in advance and credit the subtotal so that they are not any no shows. if the customer does not show up they charge the deposit

Invoice feature-order number visibility in transaction payment details
When using the invoice feature, you can enter the order/invoice number for the payment. However, this information is not available when looking at the transaction in the payment details section like it does when you process the payment yourself in the virtual terminal. Please make the order/invoice number available in the payment details section when the payment is made with the invoice feature.

Add the option for the recipient of an invoice to add a tip!
I have a lot of clients in the service industry that use the Clover Invoice feature. However, one major frustration is that the recipients of these invoices cannot add a tip, and those in the service industry really rely on tips.
I see in another ticket titled "Include a "tip" section in an online invoice sent via virtual terminal/email," that somebody from Clover said "this feature is now live," but it doesn't seem to be.
Please add this option or please explain how to turn on this feature.

Please offer Flex3 charging bases for sale!
It would be nice to have an extra charging base or two. This way you don't have to lug around the base and charging cable if you move to different parts of the building or a new location.

display forms on customer facing terminal and capture the customers signature
I operate an IT business that also performs instore and onsite repairs. I would like to be able to present my customers with a custom form with a signature field at the customer facing terminal for when they drop off equipment or when they pick up equipment. My system is a Station Duo.

Two Factor Authentication - Options
Include alternative options for 2FA, like email when logging into the dashboard for the first time. International clients aren't able to receive SMS Text as international/country codes aren't listed on the drop down. Specifically need to add Palau 011680 as a option.

This is the only register system I have ever seen (forty plus years in retail) that allows transaction to be rung while the cash drawer is open this is rife with issues. Option to Turn ON/OFF Two-factor authentication. Now it's required all the time
It used to be where I could turn OFF this setting and then it would be turned back on after a period of time. Now, the setting is always required to be ON. If this is the case, then don't have the setting to turn it OFF or ON because it would not be necessary.

We need to be able to add a % on top of certain items
It would be the reverse of discount, like add an additional % on custom items, for example when we are building a chain sling we add 10% of the total item as a build fee, but you only give a flat fee as an option would be nice to change it to a %

PRICING OPTIONS - time as variable
Our customers book with us based on time, we need a way to have the flexibility to choose one of our courts and punch in how much time a customer is spending which then computes the right pricing.
Ie: 1hr is $50 , 1.5hr is 5+25 = $75
Our employees should be able to punch in the amount time so the price can adjust accordingly.

Fix your 2-Fator Authentication
Fix your 2-Factor Authentication, I do not want it turned on and I will turn it off and as soon as I turn it off and logoff, when I login again, it is back on again, turning itself back on again, then I have to wait for the code to come up to type it and it doesn't pop up right away. If I wanted it on, I would turn it on. I DO NOT WANT IT ON. I WANT IT "OFF"!!! IT WASTES MY TIME. FIX IT PLEASE!!!!

Links to developer area
Why is there no direct link to the developer page within the main dashboard of your account. It makes absolutely no sense to have to make yet another login to get into the developers area. This way anything you develop is linked back to your account.

Add Customer
It would be nice if when adding a customer onto a new order that the option would be available to send the add customer page to the customer station for them to fill-out instead of the associate being the one to ask them their information and fill it out. Possible a pop-up asking associate to send page to customer or not.
