When doing a transaction report for a specific date, the beginning date and end date must each be selected, which is fine. When switching forward or backward one day, it takes 5 clicks to change the date. xxxx has a left and right arrow that can be clicked to move forward or backward one day. That would be a very helpful feature to have.

I operate an IT business that also performs instore and onsite repairs. I would like to be able to present my customers with a custom form with a signature field at the customer facing terminal for when they drop off equipment or when they pick up equipment. My system is a Station Duo.

Report that shows the last time that an employee logged into the dashboard and device. this will allow admins to better manage their employees list.

gift cards
Please allow the Sales Overview to populate third party gift card information in the "Gift Card Activations" section of "Sales". The Register app populates Gift Card Redemptions as as Item but activations are not captured. Not acknowledging third party data for gift cards creates a gap in sales and tax reporting which makes bookkeeping more difficult than it has to be.

Show percentage in reporting for merchants that have to give a cut of profits to location rental.
Merchant has to pay a percentage of sales to the mall where she has her business and would like an easier way to figure how much she owes without showing on the receipt.

Invoice management on the POS
There needs to be a way for the us to access invoices via the POS and mark paid when the customer comes in to pick up the order. Which would allow us to mark the orders paid without deleting the order and having to input everything again at the register. We also need to be able to itemize the invoice for our customer. I know that you can from Square and QuickBooks.

EXTEND THE RANGE OF TIME TO PRINT MONTHY REPORTS DON'T SEND ME TO DASHBORD TO GET THEM. I CAN PRINT ONLY 6 MONTHS.
I am trying to get a monthly reports from my point of sales and only give me 6 months behind . I need the report from 2022 and 2023 out of my printer and it tells you that you need to go to dashbord and get them.. Make current top of list in cellular data app
The cellular app should show the current device at the top of the list of devices so that the current device can be managed on the device. Also add the nickname and data usage back onto the device so merchants can be sure they are looking up the correct device without having to check the serial number.
Also add a search option so merchants can search for a different device by nickname or serial number etc. they have without logging in online.

Being able to see Rewards Member point totals, notes, and names from the reward selection screen
In order to better serve customers, it would be nice to see their total lifetime points, account notes, and be able to customize customer names from the register terminal when selecting rewards accounts. This is especially useful in a grocery/retail setting where you may need quick access to this information.

We need to know who purchased each item and when we add and subtract inventory, incase there is a RECALL
We need to be able to click on each item and get a report on who purchased it. As there can be recalls on items. We also need to be able to see when we added and subtracted inventory. When adding in inventory there is no way that I can find that we can see when we added in new inventory therefore lots of mistakes can be made. We have invoices with 50 items or more and the phone rings, customers come we need to be able to check and besure we added the item and that we didn't double…

Restore ability to add more than 24 characters to DBA
Why is commenting on this idea closed. This is rather important to the merchants who request the feature. What if some power decided to limit the letters such that the POS will now be limited to Clove Merchants want to and deserve to use the DBA name of their choice.

Multiple Owner Accounts
I would like to request the option to have multiple Owner accounts on a single business profile. In many cases, a business has more than one owner. Sometimes the primary Owner account holder may be unavailable (for example, in a different country) but still needs to retain full access. Meanwhile, another owner who is actively managing the business in the U.S. needs the ability to make Owner-level changes.

No Customer Name? for online appointment made by the customer
When appointments are booked online, customer names do not appear on calendar tiles or even in the appointment details, making it difficult for staff to identify appointments quickly. Customer names must always be displayed by default, this should not be optional or a recommendation.

Inventory
We should be able to set the item setting for each item and not just a general setting for the company.
We create items for product sales that we track in stock for inventory, but we also create services that we do not track in stock for inventory, so on all our services we are showing negative in stock count. we would like to turn stock tracking off for all service items but were advised by our chat with clover that this could not be done.

item settings should be by item rather than by account. We use our items on clover to track inventory for Products but not services.
The item settings should be allowed by item entered and not just for the company overall. We add items on clover for products which we want to track stock count but we also have many services that are required for our POS but we do not track stock count. We would like to turn off the 'In stock" and still be able to see it on POS and Online. I was on your Chat and was told that this could not be done.

Appointment! Unable to Book Multiple Services at the Same Time for Friends or Family
Customers should be able to book multiple services for friends or family in a single booking flow, with SIMULTANEOUS START TIME and a COMBINED CHECKOUT.
This is a critical and very common use case for salons, spas, and beauty businesses, and should be addressed as soon as possible.
Even merchants cannot create multiple services from the calendar that start at the same time, which forces separate checkouts for each service.
