Bulk or Mass Inventory Deletion
I've noticed at times clover now it doesn't detect duplicate product uploads and we have duplicate and sometime triplicates. We wanted to MASS or Delete out whole inventory at once and upload it fresh, unfortunately we are only allowed 200 items at a time instead of selecting all and erasing the whole inventory and re upload. There should be a way to allow larger items per page like 500 , 1000, 1500, 2000 or full inventory. this is not convenient anymore

Satisfactory Rating after Customer Makes a Purchase
We would like to take a survey or have the customer input a satisfactory rating 1-5 stars after a purchase is made. Hoping if we can link customer transactions to satisfactory rating we may have a better chance at fighting chargebacks for the merchant.

The transaction Process take too long. there is a 13 step process to complete a transaction.
process to run an EBT Transaction or PIN Debit:
Click New Sale on the main unit.
Enter the transaction amount on the main unit.
Press Enter on the main unit.
Select Card Payment on the main unit.
Transaction begins—waiting time (~6 seconds).
Tap Enter on the Pinpad.
Processing on the Pinpad.
Continued processing.
Enter PIN.
Press Enter to confirm.
Remove the card.
Final processing.
Select EBT Benefit (if applicable).

Reverse the latest update to the items list
Our entire staff hates the new update to the menu items section. It is less efficient to add/update menu items. Before, all sections were on the same screen and easy to navigate when updating menu item description, photo, modifiers. Now there is a lot of scrolling and the text is so much larger. It is simply inefficient. We are so ready to switch from clover to ANY OTHER POS system there is, this is another con on the scale.

Inches to decimal conversion at checkout
When I charge a customer for a poster print we charge by the foot. So if the poster is 2 feet then perfect I just put it into the system as 2 feet. but if its 2 feet 4 inches. then I have to manually calculate the decimal amount because 2 ft 4 in is 2.33. Because there are 12 inches in a foot.

Loyalty tier annual instead of lifetime
ALL decent loyalty programs require customers to earn status each year -- it is not a cumulative lifetime thing. Making the "Regular" and "VIP" status something to earn annually would bring you to maybe the year 2000 in terms of relevancy of tools.

Clover does not allow me to enter the employee number
Clover does not allow me to enter a number in the employee profile. When we communicate, Clover indicates to me that it does not accept numbers from Puerto Rico. This leads me to understand that Clover, despite having Puerto Rican clients, does not provide the platform to them. Please address this requirement.

Add a Setting to Add Reward Points Only When Gift Cards Are Purchased and Not When It Is Redeemed
Currently, card holders may earn Clover Reward points (A) when they purchase Clover gift cards as well as (B) when they make purchases using the gift cards, resulting in the business giving out double points to customers in both occasions. Please add a setting so that the business can choose when to give out points. With the current design, Clover Rewards is advising the merchant to manually adjust points, but it is not acceptable for businesses to spend time to adjust individual customer points.

An option to place a Note in the Pickup option of online ordering
An option to place a message in the Pickup option of online ordering is important for our business communication with our clients, as our location is not fixed. Having the option to leave a message for the customer picking up an order would help us maintain a better-organized business.

LINK TO SEND VIA TEXT FOR PAYMENT ON ACCOUNT
We NEED a way to be able to send, in our case, our patients a LINK via text messaging to pay their bill/invoice... Many people do not check their emails now-a-days, or the email may end up in their spam folder... So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE create a way for us to be able to text a link for our patients to pay their bill via text messaging.

Inventory Transfer
We would like to have the option of creating a Transfer option for the Merchants from the current active account to the new active account when the business is in the same location. For example - On the dashboard on the inventory app - there can be an option that says "Transfer" - then next a filter option to filter "items, modifiers categories.." or "Select all" - Once the option is selected on what they would like to transfer - then they should see the option that shows them a field that says "Enter Merchant ID", they should be able…

Accepting checks or cash when "new sale " at dashboard
the invoice option under "new sale" is very limiting. It does not allow to enter specific items, limited information for the customer, and will not allow to enter check or cash for payment. We had to add "invoiss" as an additional app in order to do business.

WHEN SENDING INVOICES OUT:
IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE THE OPTION TO SEND AN INVOICE AND ALLOW THE RECIPIENT TO CHANGE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THEY WANT TO PAY.

We are requiring custom reporting that is tailored to the operations of a quick service business that also supports in properly auditing what may be suspicious behavior based on data the current reports are showing. Flagging of high-dollar voids or excessive item deletions
We are experiencing a suspicious volume of excessive item deletions as well as high-dollar voids. Is there a way the system can flag this to prevent abuse and theft? Whether this sends a notification to the virtual dashboard alerting admin and/or requiring Managerial Approval before processing.

more characters in business address line
When putting in the business address, Address Line 1 should allow more characters or add an Address Line 2. I find it frustrating that this is even an issue.

Ability to update an item from in the category to in stock
Merchant would like to be able to open an item category and update the items via the "In Stock" toggle within the category rather than having to use the item list to toggle the item in stock.

Nonprofit SaaS Plan
We would love to see a SaaS plan for nonprofits in the future. I am at a CFI Agent Bank, and we have several nonprofits that would greatly benefit.
Some ideas to include in the bundle are built in "Pay my processing fees" option, year-end donor records, and ability to send donation notices for special events.
