    Merchant has the option to remove custom items for employees but not the option to disable custom Modifiers merchant is requesting this

    In reporting on WD it shows non-rev totals but when you click on the employee report it does not show that total

    be able to completely block employees from being able to void transactions

    Merchant would like a permission where servers can delete from orders unless the order has been fired. The current permission do not work well for the merchant. If the merchant uses the cannot edit items after printed permission then the server cannot even edit the orders.

    Merchant called because she wanted to know if we could enhance an idea regarding a report or a way the clover could have a why to ask why an item is getting deleted just like cash log ask why they are opening the cash drawer manually .She wants her employee to have a pop to ask then why the item is getting delete and she wants to see who put in the reason and who wanted to delete the item .

    Merchant would like to have cash and credit separated in the items report. She gets the totals but to reconcile she needs to know denominations for each category which in her business they are different departments.
