An error occurred while saving the comment andrew block commentedMany FSR merchants are complaining that there is not a way to remove a payment from an order without refunding the entire order and then having to re-enter the order and fire to the kitchen again. They need the ability to void the payment and enter a new payment without voiding the entire order.

An error occurred while saving the comment andrew block commentedMerchants are requesting the ability to track removed items with descriptions of why the item is being removed/deleted. Merchants are complaining that the entire order is deleted if there is only 1 item on the order that is removed.

Currently the only option we have is to auto-print all customer receipts. This is unnecessary for cash payments. Merchants would also like the ability to reprint the CC receipt after the tip is adjusted to show the tip amount entered.

An error occurred while saving the comment andrew block commentedMany FSR Merchants have requested the ability to "repeat" an item and fire it to a printer. It would be much faster for the server or bartender to touch the item that was already fired to re-add to the order and fire again.

Many C-store merchants are asking for a better way to process EBT on Clover. Currently there is no way to confirm EBT eligible items and tax can only be removed from the entire order, therefore 2 transactions are necessary. I have asked app developers to come up with a solution and none are interested because they state Clover does not allow integration into payments.
