  1. The clover flex and mini can act as a pinpad for other POS systems. The clover station needs to have the ability to work with the Cloud Pay Display. This way we can use the flex as a pinpad

  2. Please reverse recent tipping update. Please remove the dollar amount that appears with tipping %. I would like to see %'s only and no dollar amount on the tipping screen please.

  3. Please make available the option to set homepage on Clover web browser.

  4. There needs to be a way to do an exchange of merchandise for items rather than those that are the same price as the items being returned. Currently if a customer wants to exchange an item they are only able to exchange that item for something of the same value. They should be allowed to exchange an item for anything in your inventory. Example: if a customer is bringing back an item for $50 and wants to exchange if for a $25 item and a $10 Item right now it does not give you that option. It only allows you…

  5. I would like to see other options for SIM card providers. AT&T doesn't have a good connection everywhere so having the option for other mobile carriers would allow for more merchants to use the SIM option.

  6. A report that shows all details from a transaction (name, date, time, employee, SKUs, qty, tax, total, auth code, etc.) so that you can see what each transaction looked like and pull data from it for external systems.

  7. This probably applies to the web interface more than the devices, but I don't see any way to bulk switch my inventory items from Manual Availability to Automatic. Unfortunately the previous owner of the business set everything to manual and left it, and I'd prefer not to go through each of 500 entries and switch them,

  9. My device charged a customer a duplicate charge while on offline mode, I had to go in and manually refund because the system did it on its own. Only swiped the card one time and entered a signature once. The transactions are 1 second apart for duplicate charges so it must have been the system.

  10. Allow the option to save an open order on the Clover Go App. This way you can open the saved order in the Station to checkout customer.

  11. Would like the ability (within the same Merch acct), to assign specific users / to specific devices. Hence those users could / would only be able to log into and use those certain devices. And potentially have device specific settings / configurations would be nice as well. Custom settings, backgrounds, adjust / edit specific sounds and correlating volumes for those sounds, and so on....

  12. I want to be able to send a customer an email invoice from the dashboard and have them see that they can tip if they want to. I do mostly remote work and get paid via credit card when the work is complete. Square has this ability to add it to the invoice. It'd help remote customers make some more money. Thank you.

  13. There is no Near Field Communication on the Solo.
    I don't have enough counter space for the duo but need NFC, why isn't that offered. You can ********* the oldest terminals that plug in through the phone line or ethernet, but it's not offered on a WiFi, cloud based system? Not sure what to do but its very inconvenient and my customers are asking for NFC that i cannot provide.

  14. I work for a University and we use the flex and mini's on our campus. Unfortunately, we have to have a private certificate deployed on the app and so we are unable to use the wi-fi...I would love to see that change.

  18. If an item is not entered into the system and an employee is trying to ring it out, it does not give an alert. It still has the same scanning ring. In VERY small font it says "you do not have the permission to enter this" or something to that effect. It would be nice to have a different "error" sound for things that were scanned, but not actually " rung up". Or have LARGE font that the item wasn't rung up.

Hello. yesterday my equipment for barbershop and salon arrived. but this system does not have the ability to divide tips for each member nor does it have the ability to divide the amounts by individual for each service the employee did. this delays my day because I have to do it manually daily and write down each service and its prices for each person in the barbershop. it's a problem for me. they should add an app for this to be printed individually per person per service and tips

  20. With more and more states outlawing plastic bags, we are forced to purchase reusable high-end high-priced bags for to-go items. In order to pass that cost along to customers, it would be nice to have clover let you add a service fee for these items by choosing the type of order so that the amount could be added only for takeout orders as opposed to dine-in orders. A surcharge by order type would solve that problem.
