Dashboard Reporting - Include Source/Type
Dashboard reporting for Orders should include the Source/Type field as displayed on the Clover device. This will allow absentee owners to easily see the source of orders and determine which of the online ordering services is working best for them.

Filter by payment source in Reporting
Currently you can filter by Payment Source in Transactions. It would be a welcome addition to include this function in Reporting. For instance, the By Device filter could be expanded to include all payment sources

Fix the Fiserv statements
I hate the monthly statements. They are 11 pages and show less info then other companies do in 4 pages. I would like someone from Fiserv to look at my other statements in order to make fiserv a much better product.

Reporting app: Filter Payment Types
We would be very pleased if the Reporting app can let you filter payments by tender (example: Cash only) instead of needing to login to the Dashboard to see that info.

Server Report
In my 25 years of restaurants, I've never experienced a system that doesn't provide servers a detailed report of exactly how many cash sales, cc sales and cc tips were made that night. Along with a final owed to the house.

Improved Inventory Report Export
Inventory reports when exported should have a column including the Category on the Items sheet. That way you can sort by category when looking through your inventory. The example and issue I can give was trying to make a sheet that reported inventory so we can check said inventory. Because the items can't be organized by category and have the quantity column on the same page, you have to manually sort through each item one by one. Having to go through every item one by one and then making a new sheet with the information you need is inefficient.

Reports showing trends for days and hours
I would like to have a report that shows the busiest hours over the requested time frame. I used another platform that had a "Labor Optimization" report, that allowed us to see the volume of visitors per hour over a selected time period in order to better schedule employees. Currently, we're only able to see the hourly volume per day, unless we export that data to compile a report of our own.

Need additional Inventory fields on the ITEMs section header beginning with Item Name
INVENTORY More options to view item features using Items - included in tab with Item Name The necessary fields are COGS (even the ability to calculate average COGS when a retailer is adding new inventory at new prices),Revenue Class, not just Printer Label fields.
Why not allow an image to be posted in suggestions for better explanation?

Ability to turn off auto close of order ticket on register
The new update that has been implemented where a customer's order ticket on the register automatically closes does not work for my business. We want the ticket to stay open until we hit the 'done' button as it was before. Please add the ability for us to choose to turn this feature OFF.

Send batch closeout report to someone other than the owner.
It would be nice to have someone other than the person with the role of "Owner" could receive the batch closeout report. The owner may not be the person this needs to go to, or it may need to go to multiple people.

Add Simple Inventory Reporting Feature
Need to know how to get a report of my inventory that includes the categories of the items which could be sorted by category to give total value of inventory by category.
Currently there is an option to export inventory and it contains lots of useful information, but the column for 'Category' is non-existent in the export.
Business owners / Managers need the ability to track inventory value by category (For example, Beer/Wine, Liquor, General Merchandise, Tobacco, etc.) for tax purposes and other reasons.

Make tip sharing possible on cashout report
Make calculations for percentages of net sales available as part of the servers close out report. We tip share and waste lots of time at the end of the night calculating support staff tips. For example make it so there is a slot you can add title like busser and identify it as a variable percentage of net sales. Lets just say net sales is $1000. A 3% busser payout on the slip should already have a line saying busser $30 and one for food runner at 2% saying $20. That should be a calculation outside of the cash due…

Print Day before Last, or Sunday, option in Reporting Date drop down
Simply an additional option for the drop down in Reporting, in addition to "Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Custom" It would be nice to have either a "Day before last" option, or a "Saturday" button, so that we can stop running the custom range each Monday after the Sunday which is always off at our location.
TLDR: Add to the Reporting drop down an option for "Day before Last"

Guests by Server - Reporting
Merchant would like a detailed summary of all the guests the employees/servers added to the clover dining app. Merchant wants a count of guests per server. How many guests was reported by clover dining app for the whole restaurant for the end of day customizable with timeframe option. And average sales per server/employee in one page and organize them by the best perform to least performance in sales or guests added to the clover dining app.

0 Quantity Report
A report that shows 0 quantity, including Product Code and Vendor. This would save me so much trouble. I could know what I need to order with Product Code, whom I need to order it form all in one place.

Adding items to category integrating with Ecwid
When adding additional items into a category it creates a new file when it is integrated with Ecwid. Therefore you need to go into that new folder, click on the the category product and manage it (assign it to the existing folder so that everything shows up on one page in the online store.) It causes double work. It would be nice if would just dump the new info into the existing one in the Ecwid platform.
