Multiple Prices on 1 item
When doing a special event and you want to have special pricing only if purchased at the event, and the retail location is still open, there should be an option for multiple prices on and individual item. Example, a cigar is $11 in the store but at the event is $10.

Provide new retail merchants the option of an inventory build peripheral, similar to what is offered to restaurants.

Moving Category
It would be helpful to have the option to move entries between the Item and Category sections. For example, if you accidentally create a large number of categories under the Item section, you currently have to delete them and start over. Instead, there should be a way to transfer them directly into the Category section. Likewise, if you mistakenly add an item into the Category section, you should be able to move it back into the Item section without having to redo everything.

Reward points exempt items
You should be able to exempt items from receiving reward points and or perks used on specific items. I offer a third party service that is very low margin but higher price than my usual items and it allows lots of points to be earned that is in turn used on regular items eating into profits.

Telecheck
– Telecheck Higher ACH Limit – We need Telecheck to support a limit higher than $5000 quicker than before 6 months of processing. We’d like Telecheck/Clover to allow us to submit supporting documents to approve a higher than $5000 limit for ACH immediately. This will help us support our larger customers who have this need without additional steps/products for the client.

Tip splitting, overriding assigned employee in Reporting
Our employees work for commission, but sometimes we have a ticket that 2+ people worked on. It would be great if there was a way to assign specific items to another employee who did not sign in at the register, either before the payment or edit it afterwards. Along with that, it would be amazing if tips could be split after the transaction is complete, I think a 50/50, 3 way split, or custom split option would be very useful and appreciated!

Please allow restrictions to be made on the discount given from the rewards loyalty program. For example, I would like to prevent the rewards discount from being redeemable on tobacco items. We do not have enough markup on tobacco to give the discount that is given on the rewards app.

service charge auto gratuity
I have two big restaurants that need more flexibility with service charges. The first one needs to have the ability to add more than one service charge to Clover, sometimes they will need one percentage added, sometimes a different percentage added, sometimes both. The second restaurant (as well as the first) needs the ability to have a sevice charge categorized as an auto-gratuityand have it go to the employees responsible for the check. A way to mark Invoices as paid when paid by cash or check
Hello! I have been using clover for almost 5 years now. I send a lot of invoices and my customers usually pay by check. I understand that if they pay by card clover makes money off the transaction, but my wholesale accounts dont WANT to pay by card. In this case I have to create another order to mark as paid. When I have over 40 accounts that pay this way I have to make 80 orders instead of 40. It causes a mess in the system. You cant delete the invoices that are canceled either so they hang in…

Mobile App Items List Scannable
In the Mobile App, you are able to scan UPCs in the sale tab, but you cannot do that in the items tab. It would make being able to look up items on the go much easier than having to type in the UPC or description.

Do not show tax percentage rate on payment receipt
Provide option to not show the Tax Percentage Rate on the payment receipt. This can confuse some customers and merchants wants to keep the "Tax" word, but just not the "%" rate.
