   If a server accidentally Close out the wrong table with payment and you refund payment it does not allow you to re-open the first order. It only allows you to add payment.
   So if the table is not finished you either have to run their card twice for two different transactions or you have to re-ring in their whole order under a new table

4. Offline -- If the clover system is off line it should automatically ask for a contact number.
