Please provide the ability to sort customers alphabetically in each Recurring Plan.

Email receipt to client after Hosted Checkout
An email should be sent to the client after they make a payment in Hosted Checkout. Email address is already a required field so it should be simple enough to then send the receipt via email. This is pretty common practice with online transactions. The "Payment Received" confirmation page is good, but customers also expect an automatic email sent to them for their records.

Recurring Payment Failure
Occasionally a customers recurring payment will fail for various reasons, ISF, expired card, etc.
I originally set up Clover to automatically email receipts when payments were processed.
I have had an issue with Clover sending receipts that make it appear as though a payment was processed successfully when it actually failed to process. This is an issue, a BIG ISSUE.
I haven't been able to turn off AUTOMATIC RECEIPTS, except to change each customer, individually.
CLOVER IS SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN PAYEEZY. I'm not sure that CLOVER is a good option for our business.1 vote -
Failed Invoices
Recurring payment invoices showing a "Failed" status should allow for in the view invoice the resulting bank code as to why it failed i.e. credit card expired, insufficient funds, closed account, etc. This gives me more insight into my customer so I can make decision on how I plan to rectify the account.

Pausing payments
I need instead of a delete button a pause button where I can pause a payment in a recurring plan but then able to hit resume when I want. This is crucial!!

Former First Data user here. Can you charge the reoccurring early mornings and not sporadic at multiple times during the day? Would love for it to happen around 2-4am that way its already done when the business opens. Currently they start at 8-9am and end 9pm

Have the ability to send an invoice or payment link that will save the credit card on file
This would be so beneficial to those that run their businesses virtual only and do not take actual credit card numbers, adding protection and security for both parties. I am a former Stripe user and they make this super easy for merchants to set up and utilize. It also would be great if we could have payment links for recurring payments where the customer can fill out their cc information and have it saved in the system under their profile.

Ability to Export Recurring Payments
Ability to Export a Recurring payment plan. We have subscription payments each month and I need to be able to export a recurring plan so I can sort it to compare to the list of active subscriptions. Each month we are adding/subtracting subscriptions or prorating amounts. Currently, the list of customers is in a random order.

some merchants are requesting for recurring payments to be able to email a link to a customer and then the customer enter the cc info and select the monthly date they want the card debited and that Our competitor Stripe has this functionality.

Recurring Donor Payments
We are a non-profit that have donors wanting to give monthly. Clover does not have the option for them to enter this themself. This option should be for the donor/customer to enter their own card and choose to give monthly at time of the their first transactions. They would have to enter their donation each month!

Collect at Club
In the old system we used, our clients on recurring payment would sometimes pay their monthly draft in person before the draft occurred. We called that "COLLECT AT CLUB". That would cancel out their upcoming payment and mark them as having paid that month's draft. This does not exist in Clover but what could make this doable would be to allow the START DATE (or NEXT PAYMENT DATE) to be edited like the End Date is.
