Order online times
Within the order online it would be helpful to be able to adjust the times items are available. We have a lunch special that goes until 3:00 but we don't want people to order it at dinner so I've had to remove the lunch menu from the online menu.

Online Order PING
When an online order comes in ..... the clover device should PING loudly and have a pop up come saying "Order Arrived"
We expect our staff to do other tasks during their down time so they aren't always right beside the clover unit to see the order print off.7 votes -
Does clover have scheduled pick up for online orders? How to configure time for a scheduled pick up order to reach clover device?
As a 3rd party developer, I want to control the time and date when a scheduled order reaches as a notification to the clover device and manage printing the order receipt to the kitchen at a given time so that the scheduled order is served

Quickly 86 an item from online ordering via Clover DEVICE *not* just computer
Picture this: it's a busy rush. Chef says we are out of GUACAMOLE don't sell anymore! So I have to leave the cash and:
-go to the office
-open a browser
-go to clover.com
-sign in
-click on account & setup
-click online ordering
-click online menu
-de-select GUACAMOLE
And then I need to head back up to the cash where I've been absent for 2-4minsThis cannot be the way!
Can we please get an option on the device to do this?
I can even suggest the placement:
-Click on Inventory
-Click on item desired

Shutting OFF & Delaying Clover Online Ordering is no longer available from the Devices.
What happened? Shutting off Online Ordering from a Clover device went away with no notification. Now it has to be done from the dashboard.
Not all Business owners are onsite and most don't want their staff to have access to the dashboard. This ability needs to be returned to the setup app.
When important changes are made without notification to the Sales Team it impacts our credibility and is down right disrespectfull to the BC.2 votes -

Delivery Option and Customer Tracking
The Station Pro and Online Ordering are great... but we need to have store staff able to enter phone orders for DELIVERIES in the online order system ... not just pickup or curbside...

Disable ASAP orders
We would like to accept online orders at least a day in advance only.
I believe an easy fix would be to offer the merchant the ability to extend the food prep time outside of an hour to a custom amount of time (for example, 24 hours or 1 day, 2 days)
Another fix would be to give the merchant an option to disable “pickup ASAP” leaving only “schedule an order” under pickup time.

Gift cards should be applicable for online orders
Currently gift cards can only be used in person. There is no option to use digital gift cards online. We are curbside only right now so customers cannot use gift cards. Customers should be able to input digital gift cards online.

Remove default "Clover In-Store Pickup" for online orders
We are only opening for CURBSIDE PICKUP but Clover does not have the ability to remove the "In-store Pickup" option. Confusing and misleading to customers. Also, customers don't get the curbside order instructions so they don't know what to do upon arrival.

Square ingrates with Go Daddy, Clover should have the online store renovated and brought back for retail clients. Simplify the online webstore experience. Third party apps don't have good reviews.

Change big green Clover banner - it's too big, and too green
The focus of a customer's online ordering page shouldn't be Clover's own branding and color scheme (imo). The Top banner has CLOVER with a giant GREEN banner. Green is NOT a good color for restaurants, and again, the focus should be on the customer brand/logo and the Clover name should have a reduced profile. It's about the customer. Make the BG color white, the Clover text black/neutral. This is small change but I think it's emotionally impactful for new merchants who see this page for the first time. The look, feel, and emotional resonance of our OLO, is falling short…

The must have's of online ordering post COVID-19
COVID changed our lives.
Clover it's a request to add the following features to help us survive.
1. Ability to modify or add prep time while confirming the order
2. Text communication with customer regarding accepting and order ready for pick up
3. Direct partnership for delivery with Doordash or Uber
4. Use Uber for reference their system is very good, don't need delivery tracking.
5. Online pool max for not accepting more than what we can handle.13 votes -
ONLINE ORDERING TIME FRAMES
Can you please allow us to set online service hours for any time, i.e. 11:59 pm, since the system will not accept 12:00am or beyond because it is on a different day. It would be convenient to be able to change the day, i.e. operating from Wednesday 9:00 pm to Thursday 1:30 am.

PICKUP LOCATION SPECIFICATION
We operate a Foodtruck at multiple locations. When customers are scheduling orders for a particular day and time, there needs to be a dropdown that allows them to select a location for picking up their food. Currently, the system defaults to "In-Store Pickup" and that confuses customers because our "Home Business" location is not where we serve from.

Ability to integrate a shopping cart AND integration with WIX
I process for a growing franchise called Outer Banks Boil Company. We need the ability to INTEGRATE into a WIX website where a customer has the option to "purchase" an item with the option to pay in-store, and leave a tip online. This new integration with WIX should allow complete branding including customization with logos etc, ability to purchase online and the order is received and printed in-store by a Clover POS.
