Access Clover Dining on Clover Go app
I would like to see clover dining on Clover Go app so my wait staff can take the order at the table and send it directly to the kitchen. That would be an excellent upgrade seeing that it already has the clover dining on it but just to see the tables only.

Labels by Order Type
We need the ability to create a Label printer by Order Type. Natively you have to create an Item level label to send to a certain printer. I want the option to do it by order type. Example: I have a specfic to go station with its own kitchen printer. When my server starts the order, they would select To Go for order type, then the items selected would print at that to go printer. On the other hand, if my server selects Dine in order type, I want those items to go to the dine in station printer. If…

Apply Guest Discount
Through Clover Dining we are currently able to apply ORDER DISCOUNTS which does just that, applies discounts to the entire table's order. We are also able to individually apply ITEM DISCOUNTS, applying discounts to the specific item(s) selected. We need to have a GUEST DISCOUNT which allows a restaurant/server to apply a discount to any items that are assigned to a specific GUEST without having to go one by one on each item under that GUEST and complete the ADD ITEM DISCOUNT feature.

Split Payment screen freeze
When you are checking out a guest and you click pay and try to split the payment it forces you to stay on the payment screen until you complete all payments. Sometimes not all guests leave at the same time and you aren’t checking everyone out together. Granted, you can leave other tabs open by clicking the pay button under the three dots under the individual seats but it is really hard to train staff to do this consistently and we often run into issues during rush because they forget. Remove tax on individual items
In states like Ohio, food items taken to go are not taxed. For families who dine in and then take items to go, we have to ring those items in a whole separate tab and check the customer out twice because you cannot remove taxes off a single item without removing them from the whole order. Other POS systems have a dining type modifier that is automatically attached to all items and if you click 'to go', the taxes are automatically removed and it is signified in the kitchen.

Improve Subcategory Flow
Right now, when you select a subcategory in Clover, it opens a new screen and removes visibility of the other subcategories. This slows down navigation because users have to go back each time they want to switch.
I'd recommend keeping the subcategory tabs persistent at the top of the screen-so when a user selects something like 'Chicken Entrée, the items update below, but the other tabs like 'Pasta' or 'Seafood' remain visible. Clover-Dining Tip on Custom Tender
For a restaurant inside a hotel the merchant setup a custom tender to charge meals to the hotel room. However, they cannot add a tip to this tender. It would be really great to be able to allow tipping on custom tenders.

Can we make it an option to remove or keep the "Whole Table" on the Kitchen Ticket, please?
I can understand why some restaurants need it, but at the restaurant where I work, we do not want it printed.

Exchange Option
This is more of a complaint/suggestion, not an idea. Our business has the gold plan - Restaurant plan, but we are not a restaurant, although we utilize a lot of the same Clover options included with this plan. We are a ******** bar/tasting room that also sells merchandise. Many times a customer will purchase an item, let's just say it's a shirt, and they come back the next day or next week because it's the wrong size. On the Restaurant plan, you cannot complete an Exchange, only a Refund. So we have to refund the guest's form of payment to…

Epson Printer Capabilities
Currently, the Epson printer connection with the Clover POS does not allow us to limit printing to only to-go orders or online/mobile orders. As a result, labels are being printed unnecessarily, which leads to wasted supplies.
We would love to explore adding this functionality to the integration, as it would help streamline operations and eliminate the need for additional labels going to waste.
Please let us know if this is something that can be supported now or considered for future enhancements.

Print dining table name on credit card payment receipt's merchant copy
Enable printing the dining table name on the credit card payment receipt's merchant copy. This is helpful to the merchant as their servers share tips with the chefs at tables from certain dining rooms. This feature was available in the previous version, but is no longer available after replacing the Clover Station.

Discount Permissions - Multi-Level
Need to be able to control which discounts are available per job code.
Currently the discount permission is all or nothing. Meaning, a employee can either have the ability to discount or not discount.
We are requesting the ability to assign discounts to certain job codes so that they can have access to some but not all discounts.
It currently is all or nothing.

QR code improvements
We recently added Scan to Pay at our location. The feature is receiving positive feedback from both staff and guests. However, the QR code only prints when printing a full table bill. No QR code prints when splitting the check. The QR code was a plus for me, as an owner, because we do a TON of large groups with split checks and this speeds up efficiency in check out: potentially reducing future labor costs.

need to specify takeaway order twice
When commencing an oreder in the takeaway section of the dining app, i then have to add guest numbers and then hit takeaway again for order type, if not it defaults to dine in. once you have added an item it can not be amended. this step is counter intuitive as you have aleady initiated the order in take away and should not be necessary
